Mine stops when it reaches 7.5gb and just keeps it there.

I have a 12 GB RTX3080TI it is using about 10.5 -10.8 GB in SU10b3 just as it did in b2 Running DX12 TAA at 4K. No stutters whatsoever when panning or on landing or takeoff. FWIW, I do not run a rolling cache.

Well I think I just hit a new personal record with FPS i.e. 114 lol. By the way that's from drone cam in a very remote place namely VILH Leh, Ladakh, India. DX11 DLSS 4k ultra settings terrain LOD 200. Look at the total CPU usage though 😅

Which GPU do you have? I'm also going back to DX11 for now.

On this PC I'm testing I have 6GB GTX 1660 Super. I also have a laptop with a 2070 Super but didn't test in that one yet.

The only thing useful for me in this update was "Drone camera speed increased to 200 by default". Expected much more.

Back to pre-beta settings. Much less stuttering than with the Beta but still there. But I suppose it now is as it was for me before the beta. Sigh.

Back to DX11 and smooth sailing again.

So they botched up DX12? That was actually what made me enjoying flying more lately, shame. Hopefully another update soon.

Hi, everyone,

In order to have "normal" flight without blurry panels and stuttering, I reverted to DX11 and TAA.

Regards

Same here.

This sounds a bit concerning regarding the VRAM issue in DX12. For those of you participating in the beta are you providing feedback somehow?

Well if there are issues for other people, then makes sense they disable it and take the time to investigate

I agree the default should've been faster but in VR 200 it's way too fast, 100 would've been better. Unsure why they changed this when no one asked for it in the first place though 🤔

must be tricky for them to fix or finetune as I just did 1 flight in the Fenix from KBOS to KLGA with latest beta and saw neither stutters nor fps reductions (being limited anyway to 35fps) with DX12 and TAA.
