You can change that in the tablet and also install airframe mods (like gear lob fairing, elevator tips, etc) that change the aircraft performance.

I had this same issue and it nearly killed me on my first landing. How I resolved it was going into the Controls section in MSFS -> Power Management -> Throttle. I then removed the mapping that was there and then mapped THROTTLE 1 AXIS. I think I had to untick the reverse axis box and then it worked fine after that.

Not only can you, it's the best sim platform I've ever seen for handflown IFR.  The instruments are absolutely fluid, and the plane itself is realistically stable... I did throw in the PMS 750 last night and fly an RNAV approach to LPV mins on the California coast though; that worked flawlessly as well.  The aircraft-specific file for the WTT features is now available on the PMS50 site for anyone using their 750 btw; worth grabbing.

This release by A2A has been everything I had hoped it would be. It was a long three years flying in MSFS without an A2A Accusim aircraft, and I was really missing my hangar of A2A planes from past sims. Problem was, after flying in MSFS and going back to older sims just to fly my A2A planes wasn't cutting it. But now, the Accusim Comanche is here, and I am a happy camper. I flew the P3D version a ton, and this one is everything it was and more. I wholeheartedly agree with all of the positive comments in this thread. This plane is a joy to fly in MSFS, and everything about it has been done well. I look forward to whatever the next A2A release will be for MSFS, but whatever it may be, I will get it and fly it, just I have done with past sims. If it is an Accusim aircraft, I will virtually hop in and fly that sucker, no question! 😁

I'm tempted to just fly the Comanche in this way (no GPS, all radio navigation or pilotage/dead reckoning).   THAT is how I came up in the sim world, in the late 80's.  VOR and NDB navigation.  What's a GPS?  It wasn't fitted to that little Piper Cherokee Archer.

So now with the fancy 750 GTN's and all of that, it's fun too, but I want to get back to my (sim) roots.

Absolutely, it's a lot of fun to be able to do it all in the sim; great to have the choice of old /A panels as well as the newest toys.  The problem I've sometimes run into when trying non-gps stuff on Vatsim (I guess offline would be a similar problem though) is that so many VORs have been decommissioned compared to back in those days.  It's possible to run into issues finding halfway feasible radio-nav-only routes sometimes.  So, even if you choose to only use it for enroute nav, sometimes a GPS is good to have in the sim.

I absolutely have no memory of using a handheld, VFR only GPS with an antenna suction cupped to the windscreen to accept 250nm directs in a 1950s Mooney.  That would be wrong.  😁

There was a thread here fairly recently about the possibility of someone developing an add-on of old decomm'ed navaids.  If we had that then we could really fly some old-school.
