June 11, 20241 yr I run MSFS in a window so that I can have another app open on the same monitor without them overlapping. Turning on Lossless Scaling makes MSFS take over the full real estate of the monitor, centering the MSFS display and filling the edges outside of the MSFS window with black bars. If anyone knows how to stop this behavior, please let me know. From googling around, it seems Lossless Scaling will take over the whole monitor as part of its design, but I'm be pleased to hear that I'm mistaken.

June 11, 20241 yr I read in the discord of the app that it doesn't work with Nvidia G-Sync sadly. Works with Intel en AMD freesync. AMD 7800X3D, 64GB 6000MHz CL30, INNO3D RTX 4080, Windows 11.
June 11, 20241 yr Does it play well with AutoFPS? For me it´s the only way to achieve good (30-40) FPS as a basis to apply FG or ML or whatever magic spell I am using.

I have practically the same system as you and I can't get 100 FPS, the most is at 55-60FPS and I'm on 2K 1440P monitor with G-Sync compatible @164 refresh rate. Oh, TLOD @ 150 and no render scale for me.

It seems to be OK with AutoFPS unless you follow the video's suggestion to max your frame rate to 1/2 the refresh rate of your monitor. Others say you can turn VRR support on in the GUI. So it works with VRR but no G-Sync? Bummer... I use the ingame fps tool. Yea, I think something is not right. 300 is a a big number that you use Wow. I have no problems with other games it's just MSFS2020 that I have a problem with. I will need to do more research I guess.
