June 11, 20241 yr Decided to give this a try. I run my monitor at 60hhz and always run 30 fps locked with 1/2 refresh in the sim. LSFG app seems to really smooth out the panning in initial tests! The issue I am having is that the hotkey does not work unless the LS APP window is in focus. If I try to Alt-Enter out of the sim, which I do often during flights, it does not work. It stays sort of fullscreen with a big black border on the right of my screen. The only way to get out is Task Manager and quit LS app. Not ideal.. Would like to find a way for the hotkey to work while in the sim. June 11, 20241 yr Ok @David Roch I really thought this was going to be the latest "double your FPS" scam out there but I am literally in disbelief. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I decided to give it a go and even with a 4090 i was never able to experience a stutter free MSFS especially post SU15. I only use the PMDG out of add-on airports so it's not surprising. I downloaded Steam, bought the app, configured it like you showed although I kept 100% monitor refresh rate in lossless and I am just in disbelief. In the PMDG 737 at DD KEWR I had the smoothest FS experience I've ever had in flight simming. I mean I'm really not even sure what to say. I actually disabled G-Sync in Nvidia Control Panel, set my monitor to it's native 120hz and fixed refresh, max available refresh rate. and it was smoother than ever using G-Sync. It was so good I moved my TLOD from 200-300 and my OLOD from 100-200 and didn't even notice an impact. This is at Newark with AIG models and Real Time traffic. I mean wow. I didn't even look at the FPS because if it is that smooth I don't care. The fluidity was unreal. This was not the outcome I was expecting but I am really blown away so thank you! June 11, 20241 yr This sounds interesting. Anybody able to confirm if it doubles FPS a cross multiple windows/monitors using the MSFS multi monitor experimental setup? June 11, 20241 yr A little offtopic here but this software works wonders in xplane 12 too. From 40fps to 100fps with all settings maxed out at 4k. It's pure magic. I am speechless honestly. Baber My Youtube Channel http://www.youtube.com/user/HDOnlive

I have no problems with other games it's just MSFS2020 that I have a problem with. I will need to do more research I guess. The ingame fps tool only shows your native fps, so if you have 55-60 you have 110-120 with FG, if you have the Steam version you can use their fps counter, or you can use Riva Tuner, they will both show your real fps with FG. Regular FG only works on the primary monitor.. . This is not directly relatable to your question, but FG does work across multiple monitors using Nvidia Surround (instead of MSFS multi monitor experimental setup). This is so because Windows sees the 2 monitor displays as actually being one display. A better view than using Surround is to have one physical monitor double wide in size. It may be necessary to mount such an yuuuge monitor on a VESA wall or desk mount (because it would be very big and very heavy). Or instead, a true MSFS multi monitor option. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Thanks mate, I've got a triple 50" monitor setup and played around with surround a lot...unfortunately the stretched view is unbearable. Yes, I forgot about that. I checked with the Nvidia tool and it is reading higher at about 80-90 with FG. I might need to tweek some more. I have the MS Store version.
