  • From Reddit someone used ChatGPT to summarize RSR’s forum post. Then someone else used Claude AI to turn it into Randazzle speak. It’s gold because I can picture Randazzle saying this into a mirror wi

Guys, chill, mine came after a bit of a wait, downloaded absolutely fine. Installed fine. And looks fine in the sim. I know it's a hard concept to fathom, but could some of the issues be on your side?

Great now I wonder if something went wrong...Its in my orders

What a bunch of tossers. I think I wouldn’t be so triggered if it wasn’t for Robert’s 10 bullet point post telling the world how amazing he is a doing releases. Just word not allowed off please!

This happens every launch. It blows my mind they still haven’t figure it out. Waiting over 2 hours for a link is kind of BS.

1.5 hours and still no download email for me. Not sure if many others are having to wait this long?

Approx 2.5 hrs after purchase, I finally received the email with the download link. Will attempt to download and install tomorrow.

Yeah, Robert’s remarkably confident ( or remarkably complacent ) post does seem to have started some sort of meltdown of the faithful on the PDMG forum.

Not condoning this, but it’s hilarious how the plane is available on the “other site” for anyone to download, while paying customers are waiting hours.

I was lucky, got it downloaded in 10 min after the order, but PMDG really makes me laugh with their “our systems are the best in e-commerce” and “email is hard to scale” comments. Getting a purchase email and downloading content is a solved problem from 2006 but somehow PMDG can’t figure it out.

Oh, and while PMDG may be a big deal in flight sim, their product launches are tiny compared to more mass market products that all somehow manage to do this smoothly.

I hope you all get the email soon. The plane is great thus far.

Always easier to be a crook, ask Whitey Bolger......A bit longer and then its call the credit card company and dispute. Then off to the "other site"

Yeah it’s weird cause the whole point of game DRM is to give the product a few days/weeks of security before it inevitably gets cracked. That way you get all the real buyers and the people who would never pay anyway just wait.

but here, the plane was cracked and ready for download within minutes. So all their DRM does is anger their real buyers. Quite the opposite of what it should be doing.
