Cette capture d'écran de 2020 est-elle floue au loin à votre avis ?

Of course your photo is blurry, the radius around your plane. Generally mountains do not have these problems and they help balance the problem.  It's mostly trees and buildings on flat geography around your moving plane.  I'm not even talking to you about the photogrammetry with the completely melted horizon...

@Huascar ,

Hi,

Just checking.

Did you previously do a post saying you purchased MSFS2024 and after testing requested a refund ?

I sense that for a small group of you even the slightest criticism of flight simulation triggers the most vile response. I hate to have to say this, but you give me the awful impression that your entire life revolves around this thing. There is more to life than flight simulation.

And I will fix the font at a time of my own choosing.

Yeah, you do that....🤣 IN the mean time, maybe you should just skip lecturing people, and if you don't like it  here, you can always just wave goodbye.

Enthusiastically returned it.

Not sure if you mean me (someone who has not even installed 2024 due to the negative reviews and waiting for addon support), but what does any of that have to do with you actually keeping this under the same topic you started on Friday as it still has relevance to the original post there?

The point of my post was meant to make  a constructive criticism of how bad MSFS 2020 and 2024 render terrain and objects from a far distance. But no, how dare I criticize your flight simulators, especially cartoon-face 2024. I plan to continue playing in 2020, but I refuse to succumb to a fanatical ideology.

I'll add a comment here as well as the above image. I personally DO have serious issues with the Asobe sims and have been vocal about what I do not like system and aviation wise. The ONLY thing I absolutely love and have been impressed with IS the scenery. I still use fsx and p3d but mostly for night flights because they look so terrible next to 2020. I have a high end pc and some serious tech skills (yup) so have fsx, p3d and 2020 running at is their absolute best visually at 60 fps 4k.

Fsx only looks good on the horizon with a default plane and 6.5 lod. You can't use more than 3.5 lod if you have add on plane and airports. So either great plane and airports or great horizon.

P3d can be run at 6.5 with addon planes and airports. It's still not in the same ball park as 2020 visually but it IS sharp.

I am very much interested to see screenshots from the op to confirm his point. If he could be bothered to upset the faithful so vocally with this thread he should be bothered to rub salt in wounds with actual proof.

We await with somewhat mildly baited breath for this proof...

You will not have a problem with mountains. Go fly over a completely flat terrain geography with trees and buildings and forests...

You mean like this?

Sorry wrong shot it's in original link though.

Completely flat AND buildings?

Grass and mountains is what you have there. Set up to land on runway 19 at Washington Reagan National, clear skies, photogrammetry, 16 miles out, and show us the video.  You will see triangular trees and a disgusting horizon.  Don’t go to remote areas to show us  your sim, go to the cities in flat terrain (front view, full visibility)
