February 21, 20251 yr Update was quick for me last night, which was a pleasant relief as I was in the middle of diagnosing some stuttering issues. February 21, 20251 yr You should be used to this by now - It happens monthly and it's always the same reason. Vote to fix transparent sun visors having no effect on the sun glare effect in MSFS at: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/sun-shades-sun-visors-not-influencing-light-in-cockpit/691565/
February 21, 20251 yr Would be polite if when you started up a message said the new airac was available would you like to install now before flying or after when quitting the sim. Seeing as its just data no code it could even be run with an external updater app without the sim running. You could even subscribe to notifications when it was ready to install and or installed. If you've only got a small amount of time before work or dinner to sim it would be particularly annoying. Ah who am I kidding? A small inconvience really. Russell Gough SE London
February 21, 20251 yr The update downloaded and installed quickly for me last night. It was spooling up the download speed right through the process, and hit the stratospheric heights of 62Mbps when it finished. It will be interesting to see my download speeds next month when we upgrade to a new 500Mbps fibre connection. February 21, 20251 yr Oh goody, I thought, when I saw this update. At last they've sorted out the multiplayer model matching. 😄 Then I read the log. Great if you like tubes. 🙄 The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA

It's been bad enough with thousands of posts of "I can't make this work", offset by as many thousands of posts saying "it's been faultless from the start" and everything in between, without allowing users to choose between randomly selected installed versions, even "airac" updates. Â
