March 30, 20251 yr It's great to have these wake turbulences visualisation*. Could be ever greater to be able to remove our own one generated by our own plane as it's polluting the cockpit view. Was expecting something wider and more looping at the exterior section of the wake. Did feel the impact of the engine exhaust by just taxiing behind an liner even if they were no turbulence green lines visible. Suspect the MSFS green lines are displayed only by the lift generated wake turbulences. * Settings - General - Flight interface - Wake Turbulences Visualization Edited March 30, 20251 yr by vbazillio Vincent B. March 30, 20251 yr what dlss version number you mean by j and k? i dont understand, i have dlss swapper, but what are these J and K. Please enlighten me.

As sure as i can be.. the error i kept getting was a memory error trying to load items that simply weren't there....drawing from my original community folder which is barely filled... yet the scenery index had all manner of entries even form items deleted ages ago... so i guess from my limited perspective it seemed to have solved that issue... can i be a million percent sure? No... but it works now so am happy with the approach the OP took... the sim loads waaayyyy faster too for some reason... cheers i9 13900KF @ 5.5Ghz | MoBo MSI PRO Z690-A WiFi | Corsair Vengeance Black RGB RS 64gb DDR4 3200MHz | MSI GeForce RTX 5090 Vanguard SOC 32GB | MP33 Pro 1TB M.2-2280 NVME SSD for OS | Samsung 870 QVO 2.5" 4TB SSD SATA2 | Samsung 990 PRO 2TB | Corsair RM1000X 2021 1300W 80 Plus Gold PSU | Antec Dark Fleet DF700 Flux Gaming Case | Win 11 home | Samsung 65" 4K TV | G512 Keyboard | Razer Basilisk V2 Mouse | WinCtrl URSA MINOR 32 Throttle Metal / 32 PAC Metal | WinCtrl Ursa Minor Sidestick |Velocity One Rudder | MiniCockpit FCU and EFIS | WinCtrl MCDU | Stream Deck XL | Tobii Eye Tracker | Pimax Crystal Light | Doug

Suspect the MSFS green lines are displayed only by the lift generated wake turbulences. Also works with BATC injected aircraft, so I imagine it should also work with VATSIM though in the SU2 beta right now turbulence seems to be stuck at low or just off, because they accidentally (?) replaced the intensity option with the wake turbulence toggle The 172 is also constantly generating wake, even when shut off and parked Edited March 30, 20251 yr by Tuskin38

March 31, 20251 yr Oooo, cool! The EFB now remembers the settings! I changed the order of the apps at the bottom and added the SimBrief app: all this is saved! I also changed kbs to kg etc. and this is also saved! Finally! Great!
March 31, 20251 yr Just a heads up all, additional release notes containing the stuff we (WT) did for this currently available SU2 release are now available at https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/sim-update-2-beta-1-4-9-0-release-notes-march-28-2025/713902/2.
