One thing they can do is just release it on marketplace. I hate marketplace but getting sceneries from there isn’t the WORST in the world. They’ll have their precious encryption without the need to lo

I have reduced the file for a lot of textures without compromise the visual in this performance update that is coming very soon. For sure will help. Regards, Matteo

They just lost me forever. Orbx can now go pound sand. I would have paid $100 for this but now they’ve lost me as a customer.

There are some recent previews on their forum, looks like itā€˜s progressing very well.

(Not to derail the thread, but Iā€˜m more concerned about their DTW…)

In February the developer said he was 70% done. People keep asking when in the Orbx forum and he basically keeps saying it’s still cooking. Guy appears to be a perfectionist so Lord knows how long. Remember when Orbx announced a year or two ago KDTW was coming? Yeah, still not here.Ā

To be fair, striving for perfection can bring great rewards. Pyreegue seems to be taking a long time with EGBB Birmingham, but I can virtually guarantee that it will be worth the wait.

Can you recommend it? Itā€˜s one of their earlier works, so Iā€˜m a bit wary, also when it comes to performance…

What is more, I was going to get the Detroit Landmarks from Orbx as well, and I like when things from the same developer go together.Ā

Ini has an issue where there is a break in the scenery on the east side of the terminal that does not sallow one to cross from the runways to the terminal area. It’s been a year or so since reported and still not fixed. Same with the terminal sticking out in the fog. And eats lots of vram.Ā

For those of us on older machines, I sure hope we have to option to turn off all the interior items and KEEP THE APRON CLUTTER!

Looks very good!

Dang, this will be a huge pain if you have to do this every time before you run the sim. Possibly a deal breaker for me. I worked jets there in the hangar directly under the Fly Delta Jets sign for decades so it’s very much wanted by me. But having to mess around with this every time? Dunno if it’s worth it.

100% dealbreaker for me if true. I’m not launching a separate program every time I want to fly into an airport.

Agreed. Even if it’s an automated process, I don’t need junkware opening up and running even when I’m not flying to Atlanta. One more program, small or not, that has to run and potentially cause conflicts. Poor decision on their part.
