  • Different strokes. I was flying earlier today, and thought the clouds looked so good that I decided to take a few screengrabs.

  • No issue so far. At the first launch, when I quit (properly) MSFS2024 never closed itself. After a reboot, didn't have the issue anymore nor any others detected (yet) 😉

"I think the MSFS team wants a solid and stable release for this Sim Update." Exactly.  SU1 and 2 had to be rushed out to sort out critical bugs that were making the simulator only marginally usa

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

I guess someone at Asobo is still working during the extended French holiday season.

I can't believe another update. Release already, stop teasing us...

I'll take right before now. And surely not right now.

Opening a whine bar in MSFS2024.

The question is will we admire or be amazed?

Once upon a time, I landed my airplane in MSFS24 with the parking breaks on  ... and this was as well after a long flight with the spoilers deployed for the entire flight 🥵

So who am I to blame Aboso any more, ever.

I saw people with landing gear deployed at 37,000 ft. Now I fly with multiplayer off, for the sake of my mental sanity 🤣

I think the MSFS team wants a solid and stable release for this Sim Update. I don't see any need for them to rush either.  If you can't wait, you can always join the SU3 beta.  They shouldn't release anything that's worse than SU2, so that means they need to take their time to get SU3 right.  And people are free to join the SU3 beta anyways, there is nothing to stop you from joining it.

no issues STILL on my 4yo rig - running like a dream.

New PC Ryzen 9850X3D - 32gb ddr5 6000Mhz - MSI MAG B850 Tomahawk wifi - Gigabyte wind force gaming OC 5090 - 2TB Sabrent NVMe. Old PC - Ryzen 5900x - 32gb 3600Mhz RAM - Asus Strix X570-F Motherboard - ASUS TUF OC RTX 3090 - 1TB Sabrent NVMe. AOC AGON 32" 144Hz - Honeycomb Yoke - Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog. T Flight Rudder Pedals - Trackir.

I flew a GMTT - LPPT in the default 321LR, using default weather / ATC / AI Traffic(*)

Simply smooth and GORGEOUS!

FS 2024 IS DA FLIGHTSIM !!!!

LOVE IT! 😍

Really looking fwd into SU3 final, and then SU4 !!!

(*) When the descent / approach started I noticed a severe drop in FPS, which I was not used to see pre 1.5.25.0... It turns out to most probably be due to the AI Traffic, because as I turned the most out of it OFF (some airport traffic and character components can now only be set to Low, not Off ), the FPS returned to 30, and I had the whole components of AI Traffic set at Low and AI injected not even Real Time.

So probably the next slot at the desktop will make me use BATC again, injecting FSLTL with 1024 textures from "flightsim.to".

AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

I can't wait until they release SU3, because we can jump onto the SU4 beta then just a matter of days afterwards, and that promises performance increases.
Happy days!

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

I hope they do like last time and drop the SU4 beta the same day. I probably have zero flight time in SU2 release as a result haha
