  • Streamed works great if you have a decent internet connection. No need to download any updates - it gets updated in the cloud and the new version streams seamlessly.

  • it's out https://forum.inibuilds.com/topic/34008-inibuilds-a340-airliner-for-microsoft-flight-simulator-2024-v101-released/

  • Great, that was quick 🙂 Happy to see that they weren't kidding about the improvements in Marketplace.

depends ...

some developers like FSReborn have no problems and get their updates in a few days out. Others like PMDG claim that it took weeks.
Don't know how iniBuilds do interact ith Asobo, but it is doable in 2 or 3 days from Asobos side.

The update has not been officially released yet.

Ini will post it up on their discord and web forum once it's been officially released

Mike Johnson seems to have no problem getting updates to the Albatross through the system either.

Jorg seemed to think that there is no issue with the time adobo takes at marketplace from the last twitch session, but it seems out of sync with the reality of many devs. I’m not sure iirc but he seemed to think somehow it was a dev issue, not theirs. I don’t really understand, what does adobo need to do before they put an update on marketplace? And why does it sometimes take so long? I don’t really understand this part of the process.

Nvidia RTX 3060

Win 11

Just go to Discord and look at the issues Boris is struggling with even getting a response from the MS team to get the 777 sound product into Marketplace and despite what Jorg thinks there is clearly still an issue...

Yeah, I've noticed this. Raul gets his stuff out the same week it's signed off by his beta testers.

Intriguing....

When Asobo deems it to be part of a market place update wave. Ie no hot fixes.

Asobo did say (and some devs confirmed) that the process is much faster now, and that the release new stuff on Tuesdays (also Thu?), so I'm guessing it's a week lag time at max between submitting and it showing up. We shall see.

Where? Isn't this plane only available via the marketplace? How can the update be out before the marketplace, if you can only get the update from the marketplace?

It's not out. Some reviewers have an early copy, but that's just sent to them direct by Ini. The rest of us are waiting.

To tell you the truth, It doesnt look good.

For example, their A350 in the marketplace has been sitting with 1.1.4 for close to two months now, while the ini store version is already at 1.1.6... so the marketplace version is 2 patches behind already...

Are we even sure that iniBuilds are ready to release the 1.0.1 update to the public?, or that they already submitted 1.01 to the MSFS marketplace? They sent preview/pre-release copies of 1.0.1 to some streamers, but that doesn't mean it's ready for release I'd think.
