I tried the Tristar out at FSWeekend. I done one circuit, so not a huge test, but it seemed excellent.

  • Honestly…if you want the L1011 day one, there’s no reason for anyone to let the marketplace sway them otherwise.  The A340 experience proved that for me, and I just moved it over to INI once I could.

Looks fantastic. Not for me - at least not at the moment - I've simply got so much I've still got to fully explore...

Looking forward to hearing some actual customer reviews though.

Catherine's crystal ball has revealed that the release will take place on March 26th 😉

Looks very nice, but I'm also stacked out with new aircraft at the moment. If the RAF AAR variant is ever released, I'll jump in.

Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting.

Day one purchase for me as the L-1011 has always been my favorite aircraft growing up. I've had the pleasure of flying on the Delta L-1011 sever times. I’m also excited to fly something besides the standard magenta line. Last time I flew a sim aircraft with INS was the Ready for Pushback 747-200 in FSX.

Agree! Thursdays are the best sim days of the week for me.

Looks cool but i will pass. Far too many planes already to explore.  But a PMDG 747 would pry open the wallet. Other than that my hangar is full.

The opposite for me. I've had a few study level 747's over the years, but never had a study level Tristar. eventually I'll own both in MSFS 2024.

Honeycomb Alpha Yoke, Bravo Throttle. Thrustmaster TPR Pedals. Moza AB6 FFB Joystick, Pimax Crystal Light VR, Tobii Eye tracker, Steelseries Arctis 7+ Wireless Headphones.

I’d be kidding myself if I said I wasn’t going to buy this day 1.  It would take some kind of unexpectedly horrid early reviews for me to not buy it.

The only L1011 I can recall in the sim was the Captainsim one, I think for FSX?  I’ve always had a soft spot for this plane so I’m pretty excited…looking forward to flying it in Air Canada Ted and white, hopefully that repaint will exist before long.

I didn't know we had one of those in the office

I will pass, Unless it comes out on the inibuilds store. I don't buy aircrafts from the marketplace. I am surprised it's a market place exclusive.
