  1. Past hour
  2. That’s not what censorship is. Wow. Censorship would be not letting us post the link at all.
  3. If that's what they do that's fine, but to ask people not to share the initial post is very clearly an attempt at censorship. Seems like a complete waste of time adding things to a weekly updates when it could simply wait for the following week, I refer them (you) to my earlier comment that they have far more pressing issues to deal with than this.
  4. It’s perfectly acceptable. They’re busy working on another project. And yes, they said they’re going to try and add FSR3 to 2020 after 2024 releases
  5. Crikey I stand corrected on that aspect, took them long enough though as that started with the UK & Ireland update.
  6. They have added info to weekly updates before after they were posted.
  7. According to Gary Summons (UK2000 developer) they seem to have resolved the issue with the "purple and lime green textures" on the Isle of Man
  8. Then they shouldn't post anything, what they post at that precise moment is correct at that time and can be freely shared elsewhere.
  9. I can live with another delay if they fix the "land bars" issue, and the Isle of Man.
  10. That’s Conspiracy Bull poop. The community managers just wants the most correct information out there so people don’t get the wrong information.
  11. They are hoping to release an update today to correct a few issues you may or may not have depending on which GPS you use.
  12. I know, but it is on par with the p3d v5 LM C-130 I guess systems wise, rudimental A/P right?
  13. Have fun, but a lot things not realy working with this V.1.0 Version, hoping for a next couple of updates to fix the badest things and also the Honeycomb Bravo don't get's supported from the Herc 🤪 So still a lot to do for CS ! cheers 😉
  14. Standard procedure is submitting a bug report with a log file. If that’s done, then they’ll fix it.
  15. In defense of Dell stuff, the thing that has me looking at them is the warranty. You get the Plus warranty and, if anything goes wrong, they send someone to your house and fix it, usually the next day. I think they're about 5-10% slower than the top end stuff so it's a trade off.
  16. Great story and pics....the DC-3 does not like a short runway, does it? Ha Ha Glad you found a friendly place to put it down. Great stuff.
  17. You need to enable the MCE-PF3 interfacing. It's done via the "PF3_MCE.ini" file present in PF3 installation folder. Set "Active=1". After that PF3 will generate a "Clearance.log" in its \Logs\ folder which MCE uses to give the FO awareness so he can know when a reply is due etc.. Although rare, some call-signs might confuse the FO. For instance, when he gets aware a new ATC message has been logged, anything that starts with your call-sign will be listened and reacted to. Other messages are ignored. Can't recall, there is an option in PF3 where the call-sign might be preceded with some prefix. Don't use that option.
  18. I didn't notice it was an HP...I just looked at the specs. I've owned one HP in my life and it had issues. I hope this one doesn't because I ended up getting rid of it. I'm not in the slightest interested in overclocking or pushing past specs. I want something to perform and use it for years. Honestly, the only thing I think I'd upgrade on it would be harddrives.
  19. something old too.... 🙂 nice!
  20. Look, it's set tentative the 7th and that's what we were discussing, of course it may change.......
  21. What a great new package, thank you @KL791 and team! Today I landed in Hong Kong and took the time to use the drone to review your wonderful work, quite impressive indeed. FYI, I spotted one Coast Guard (I believe?) vessel which had no livery textures, only the pinkish chessboard all over, it has an helicopter platform (I think) on the stern, two large cranes in the middle, and a gun on the bow. It was anchored on the South West coast of Hong Kong island about half a mile from the coast. Other than that, in a place like HK, this is adding a crowded life to an otherwise empty sea. Congratulations.
  22. I'm not sure how you'd need to mishandle recovery in the sim version to enter a spin - I haven't tried deliberately messing up the recovery yet. Certainly I'd not want to go near the rudder pedals after seeing how easy it was to spin deliberately.

  24. I've instructed in them and the stall is nasty to the point that an inexperienced student could easily find themselves in one of those spins by slightly mishandling the recovery.
  25. I bought ASFS and overall I like the Cloud formats and Weather layers etc. But, here is something I really do not like. I flew a Jet from Zurich to Nice. Startet with Historical weather with Snow and Overcast condition in Alps. Flew directly to the south, did not change anything in ASFS during flight. Download intervall was set to 15 minutes and smoothing rate 75% PRIOR firing up MSFS Clouds did disappear according to the MAP slowly and flew from Overcast conditions to clear skies as expected. Alps where covered with snow nicely When arriving in Nice (30 Min later), Clouds where gone es expected. BUT: Snow coverage all over in Nice. METAR showed 14 Degrees Celsius in LFMN Thats something I would not expect. @Damian Clark: Is this correct behavior? Does Snow coverage also fade away when temperatres and METAR do not report any snow at your place of destination for example like in my scenario? Regards Marcus
