June 18, 201015 yr The extended download feature is nice if you have a catastophic HD crash and lose your backed up files, I have had to take advantage of that in the past, and was glad it was available. Had to pay for it, but it was only a modest amount, so I had no problem with that. Just keep a safe back up (which I now do on a dedicated external drive) and you'll be fine with the original download.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here

June 18, 201015 yr Burn a CD/DVD guys... costs next to nothing and it can't "crash".not complete right: I have several of my first CDs, which must be about over ten years now, which have been destroyed by bacteries.Believe or not, but CDs and DVDs are not save for lifetime.... you have to burn them again every couple of years.But...what is for eternity these days?... :( Guenter Steiner -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Betatester for: A2A, LORBY, FSR-Pillow Tester --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

June 18, 201015 yr I am saving my money to spend it on this beauty. Meanwhile I am not spending anything on other FSX add-ons. June 19, 201015 yr "............pushing other developers to the edge of survival...."You would be amazed what "monkey business" moves are some developers making, to squeeze just another few cents out of its loyal customers pockets, right before the PMDG release. The latest sweet trick came by a small developer named after the well known French space programme. They have a 737NG which is not bad but even at v2 cries for another patch. Well, the patch came (poor me, just 2 weeks after I made the mistake to buy the v2 product). They named it v2.5 and it is now on sale for the full price of the product. You either pay or carry on siming with your buggy v2.That is alright... These guys have their funny business strategy. What is more frightening is that there are people who continue to support them and will eat you in the forum if you try to blow the whistle...Nah..... anyway. The best lessons are the ones that you pay for.I look forward to support someone who deserves it Regards, Martin Martinov / VATSIM 1207931
