Yes I'm logging into my shop account and the going to previous orders and then order details. I am viewing off my iPhone and it might not be showing up because safari can be a bit iffy. I'm hoping they'll be here by Friday

If it helps, mine which we know was ordered same day same shipping cost as yours did indeed arrive at Stansted on FDX36 this evening. The tracking number is showing it at EGSS. Assuming it clears customs tonight, I'd expect it delivered tomorrow (Thurs).

EDIT: I've just seen my manuals on an SBS-1, on their way into EGSS in an MD11. Now that's what I call 'tracking' your package lol How sad is that? Assuming they're on it of course.

But it is not very reassuring for me as it still doesn't give me a tracking number as of thursday morning (ordered and paid for express mail on sunday)That extra expense for the express mail was obviously not worth it. Were the orders for individual books treated differently?

My understanding is that the shipping days (1-3) starts when it's shipped. I remember a post stating that the manuals are made to order so that may take a while, if this is the case there won't be stock as such to dispatch. I'm in the same boat, but I guess there's not alot we can do except wait.

I know the shipping transit times starts when it's shipped but I'm pretty sure Robert said manuals that were purchased on sunday would be shipped Monday or Tuesday. It is now Thursday and people in the UK have received theirs before mine left for Canada. That's why I feel I have wasted $ on the faster shipping service.
