Hmmmm. I have SceneryTech Europe installed right now, and kill me if I know how to install FTX Global Vector. Probably it is best to uninstall SceneryTech, but then I will lose landclass, but with global vector data. That means I will wait for FTX Global LC, I guess.

But since I'm flying the Airbus 90% of the time, vector data is more important than LC from FL340. When flying over Mediteranian coast, looking on really bad coast down there is a pain. Also when flying above Croatia or Serbia, Sava river is not even there! Danube is also very bad.

Current system: ASUS PRIME Z690-P D4, Intel 12900k, 32GB RAM @ 3600mhz, Zotac RTX 3090 Trinity, M2 SSD, Oculus Quest 2.

Oh my!!!!

Why would you uninstall ST LC. Orbx Vector replaces UTX I thought. When Orbx LC is released you can remove ST.

Can someone confirm that ?

System: MSFS2024, ASUS Rog Stryx Z790-A,  Intel i9-14900KF,  Asus ROG Ryujin III 360 , Asus Hyperion Case,Rog Stryx 4090 OC, Samsung 970 EVO M.2 SSD, 1Tb Samsung 860 EVO SSD,64Gb G Skill Memory, Asus Aura 1200W Gold PSU,Win 11 ,LG C4 48" 4K OLED Screen., Airbus TCA Full Kit, Stream Deck XL. WinWing FCU, EFIS, MCDU

UTX provides vector and LC data. SceneryTech provides only LC data I think, but not sure, must check that.

Vectors is NOT LC.

Just remove UTX

Yea will be interesting to see some feedback of this. Looks like a fantastic program though.

Just remove UTX

If you do that you'll lose the updated land class it provides, which gap Orbx won't fill until they release Open LC.

A better solution is to decheck  UTX vector sceneries (Roads, Railroads, etc) leave the land class options active,  Then you should have the best of both worlds. At least until OpenLC is available to replace UTX LC.

Thanks

Sorry I didn't read the product page but vector is coasts and stuff right? Land class is basically where texture are put? Thats why UTX does a good job of cities right?
