Sorry, but I thought the explanation for the popup was very clear? Don't you have 2d popups in the virtual cockpit now?

Yea I would like to know about the built in EFB tio.

Hoping some of that additional functionality is wx radar in collaboration with HiFi and their ASN product.

Those who requested this taxi B773ER camera stuff impacted the release schedule of this product. Then it turned out to be a frame rate killer and you can't even use it on VC view.

I have EZdok and setup bunch of camera angles in-front of the nose gear and main gear with a press of a single button.

Now, another month or so of waiting.....

By definition this must be in the VC view as there is no 2D view. I don't suppose it will appear in the panel. It will presumably look like an extra FSX window showing an external view, which you can already make for yourself now though not the exact taxi camera view.

 

He didn't say this feature was the reason for the delay either. So no need to blame those demanding it.

Quite to the contrary.  I know your comment wasn't actually designed to do anything but "Create Drama™" but I'll answer it anyway since some other Drama Llama is liable to pick up the idiocy and run with it...    You are wrong.  In fact- you are extremely wrong.  The taxi cameras were worked on by a member of the development team who came back to the 300ER from a different project after having already wrapped up his work on the project.

 

I hate throwing facts down in front of a good emotional argument- but...  There you go.  <_<

Just curious, if during testing any of you all have been down south ? (Say, New Zealand  :lol: )

 

I ask only as, while I know you guys are in no way responsible for it, the viewpoint shift bug in FSX really is a bummer at times, even in the 77L, I can only hope it isn't too much worse in the 77W. 

 

Also, any chance we'll be able to move the actual seats back a bit ? This would help mitigate that issue somewhat.

 

At any rate, good luck with the beta. 

I can't wait for you guys to get a chance to fly the 300ER... It is rapidly becoming one of my favorite airplanes because it just FEELS right. It is an entirely different flying experience than the 200LR...

 

 

SOLD! And I said a few months ago I was not going to buy it. Between RSR's seal of approval and all these killer screenshots, my 777 freighter fleet will just have to "share the load" a bit. 

 

What will they make me buy next, the DC-6 :lol: They sure know how to twist a guy's arm!
