August 9, 20187 yr I am still not convinced by the answers given in regard of the "jump to" function. That's why I ask again: - does this "jump to" feature work with external ATC software such as ProATC/X or if not, is there an easy workaround (Like creating a flightplan in ProATC/X that actually does not contain the waypoints intended to be skipped)? - does this "jump to" feature get along with current weather addons like ActiveSky? Do the weather addons get along with it? Thanks for clarification and any hints. Regards, Can’t help you with Pro ATC but if you jump to a waypoint further ahead I’m fairly sure that active sky will just re-download the weather at the point you jump to, so don’t be surprised if you see a big shift in the weather that would be very gradual over a real time flight. | Ben Weston www.airline2sim.com

When you jump to another waypoint, you will also have to go into ProATC/X and go to the Menu and make a request to ATC to go directly to [the next waypoint in the list of waypoints] just like you would do if you missed a waypoint. August 9, 20187 yr Folks, What is the verdict for the plane? My understanding is that it's similar to AS Bus in terms of functionality The verdict on this plane seems to be wide and varied depending on the simmer's experience (as expected). Here is a link to a post I did replying to a fellow simmer having issues with the plane. As you'll note, I've been fortunate in that I've not experienced the issues others have reported (major issues anyway). https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/538724-qw787-current-status/?do=findComment&comment=3870612 Note the part that the best thing about this plane when deciding whether to purchase is that Flight1 is the vendor....and we know what that means. :) Regards, Steve DraGet my paints for MSFS planes at flightsim.to here, and iFly 737s hereDownload my FSX, P3D paints at Avsim by clicking here

My understanding is that it's similar to AS Bus in terms of functionality If you mean the new Aerosoft Airbus Pro 318/319 (and forthcoming 320+321 expansion), then the functionality of the Aerosoft 'Bus is greater than that of the QW 787. But having said that, I do think both of them are two of the better airliner add-ons we've got at the moment. August 10, 20187 yr Thank you, folks...it seems like there is 50-50 split in opinions, so I'd rather wait for v1.2 and then make a decision (a positive one I hope). I used to own QW757 and I was pretty happy with it. 9950X3D, X870E ROG CROSSHAIR HERO, Corsair Dominator Titanium 64GB DDR5-6000 PC5-48000, ASUS RTX 5070Ti 16GB, 9100 PRO 4TB Samsung ,990 PRO 4TB Samsung, AX1600i 1600 Watt 80 Plus Titanium ATX, ASUS 360 ARGB EXTREME 360mm Liquid CPU Cooling Kit.

August 10, 20187 yr I am gonna try my first passenger flight tonight from KLAX to ENGM with my new 787-8 fueled from factory at KPAE with about 100tons. Had a Virgin flight down to Los Angeles with reporter and now i am goeing to pick up passengers as NAX7084. After a rather mixed start things are better but comming from 747-400 and a A 319 its a little step down in sim but 2 step forward in aviation history. Btw. Replay version 4.0 works pretty good with 787. Thanks Michael Moe Michael Moe

Luckly i was able to recover. Some other small bugs that hopefully will be issued along the road. Other than that its a great product for the buck i would say. Thanks Michael Moe Michael Moe
