I think some people need a little reality treatment. 😄

Fire up the sim of your choice and look at the same scenery in default quality. Then come back and judge the screenshot again.

Just because current sims are visually cr*p doesn’t mean people should be fine with everything MS/Asobo shows.

Looks good? Yes. Could be better? Of course. It’s time for saying it? Yes. Not when the game is released.

I hope alpha tester has some more critical vision. The thing is making the sim the best it can be. It’s not an offense for MS/AS.

Of course the image could be from offline mode. Or alpha is faulting coastline textures. Because we have seen better coastlines. But those of us who are out of the alpha don’t know it.

If they can improve costLine or color yes but they can only improv with rules and biome for approximately area, they cannot correct all little thing in all place in the world. Tropical or temperate or cold area for exemple.

Also definitely hope they will fix this, as water color is obviously a major aspect of these and other tropical regions. Even many southern European coastal locations have this water but I think I have seen it there in the sim. In fact, they have showed us similar places with turqoise water before so I am really surpised it is not here.

That’s exactly why I’m surprised also..

I’m very confident this will be remedied.

Asobo has proven to be very reliable in this regard so far.  This crew knows their stuff.

For the mountain photo, it is the Mont-Blanc in the Alps.

I agree with you to some extent. There is no reason to not discuss things controversly. I think a lot of people are a bit scared that it's not criticism, but rather bashing... like we had some guys lately... 😉

Happy with MSFS 🙂

Somehow I cannot believe that things like Courchevel or this here aren't hand modeled.

They most likely are hand modelled. Both Courchevel  & St. Barths have strong ties back to France and the development team behind this are French. Entirely plausible they've hand modelled their home/favourite airports as part of building some of the 3rd party tooling.

Yes my case. I have no issue with argu and discuss. And I hope for exemple better photogrammetic tree. I am surprised we discuss about st bar and not about front trees in San Francisco.

But I am tired to read non sense bashing from some guys.

When I read things like this it makes me afraid to be critical in these forums.  Already I have seen people become very defensive, as if it was their personal baby.

I just hope in the official forums that people aren't intimidated and feel free to point out issues.

My brother has Coronavirus, confirmed by testing. On 3/26 he almost didn't survive the night.  He had extreme trouble breathing and was given a steroid inhaler.  He was very weak, had nausea, and other issues that aren't pleasant.  As of this update he is feeling much better, and seems he will be fine.  Stay safe out there.  (Updated 4/6)

Come on guys. Again? Everyone is entitled to their opinion whether you agree or not.

Chill.

Thank you.

Not $31.00 better.

$31.00 for a tiny island chain or maybe about $60.00 for the entire planet.

You be the judge.

I am happy with my purchase..

I think there will be a market for quality airport addons, even in MSFS
