Yeah that was disappointing but at least the Moto2 and Moto3 teams had already been there for testing and we had two races.

Hopefully they’ll be able to get all the teams to Austin for the races in April. It looks like it’s going to be a close call though now that more cases are popping up in Texas.

I am limiting my flying.  Sticking to GA ramps and GA ops desks, staying clear during fueling, disinfecting the fuel caps before verifying the fuel levels, and limiting my flying to only three simulator aircraft with only imaginary ride-a-long guests.  Flying to and from only areas with no reported spread of the virus.  And using minimal add-on scenery.  Set ground vehicle, ship & boat, and air traffic volume to the bottom end of the sliders.

I use HEPA and anti-bacterial filters in the air circulation system of one of my aircraft, but the other two I am active with require intermittent anti-bacterial spray release. If I have a right seat partner we each have very clear cut responsibilities (and restrictions) about what controls and avionics we each touch!

I am also requesting crosswind runways when available.

Hey fellow members.  I am not making light of the seriousness of this threat, but in real life amplifying the paranoia should give way to personal diligence and appropriate practices.

Well, as was pointed out in the Flight Chops video, you're better off in a GA aircraft - especially if, like you, you can control the environment - than in an airliner.

And as for those AI - they've always been dangerous.  I mean, look at how they fly.  Turn them off, or steer clear.

I always book my hotel early for the RAF Cosford Flightsim Show in October, but that is a Non Flex deal price that cannot be refunded. Needless to say, I will be resisting the temptation to book early this year. I do hope that the drama has subsided by then, but I guess any decision to cancel the event will be taken long before that

My point is the WHO are spending more time of making sure the Chinese don't get 'offended' than fixing the issues. 

We all know the illegal wet markets in Asia exists,  we all know that the sanitation in them is awful. We all know if you mixed various animals from different habitats in cages in dire conditions their immune system is awful and then is the perfect place for viruses to transmit from one to another and then onto humans these things to happen again and again and again. 

But because we buy a ton of stuff from China they get a free pass no one does anything about it. Had been made in San Francisco the world would of called it Calfornia VIRUS with no problem from The WHO. 

on the another note the WHO are only now calling it a pandemic.  Reason being,  the world banks had a word with them a few weeks ago more than likely, but now its too late. 

When I loose my job I'll I will call it wuhan flu because thats what it is, I don't care If I offend people who as a society belive wet markets, and illegal animals markets are not a problem.  They are and its been proven with Sars and Bird Flue. 

The only reason you want it to be called covid is because you know people are stupid and by giving it a tag line people then are distracted to what it is. 

You can hide from the truth all you want but this was caused more than likely due to barbaric act of wet markets and the lack of personal hygiene around them.  I do facts not feels.
