July 26, 20205 yr It was said that water landings are not possible even with the Icon A5, yet now it appears they are. Interesting. I guess it won't be too long until we see seaplane add-ons.

July 26, 20205 yr A person was livestreaming the sim on Youtube and left behind an hour-long gameplay showing a (almost) complete flight with a 747-8, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZ6VJHDiK28 The best leaked video so far, although the user has crashed on landing. And said user is live right now with A320 gameplay... EDIT: Go to the start of the live stream and watch as he launches the game. The NDA is actually previewed every time before you start the game. Unbelievable. Edited July 26, 20205 yr by ChaoticBeauty
July 26, 20205 yr Yet another person leaking a video who would struggle fly a flag, let alone an aeroplane. Yawn. Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
July 26, 20205 yr I wonder how seaplanes will react to the physics of the water? From the looks of several different videos the sea is dynamic and reacts accordingly to the weather presented. Asobo/Microsoft have a real gem on their hands if they wanted to move beyond just flight simulation. There is currently no ship sim on the market that has been developed within the last five years. I know V-Step have come back but that project is on hold until next year. MS could really make good use of the world they created. This time next month we will all be glued to our computers once again to enjoy the world that has been so well created by Asobo. I really cannot wait!
July 26, 20205 yr Commercial Member Watched the last video listed intently. What I noticed was a lot of stuttering and some lag at times. 😕 Edited July 26, 20205 yr by Clutch Cargo Intel i9-12900KF, Asus Prime Z690-A MB, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, (3) SK hynix M.2 SSD (2TB ea.), 16TB Seagate HDD, Gigabyte GeForce 5080 RTX, Corsair iCUE H70i AIO Liquid Cooler, UHD/Blu-ray Player/Burner (still have lots of CDs, DVDs!) July 26, 20205 yr Lot's of pretty poor stuff on that video beyond simply the fact that the user has about as much clue how to operate an aeroplane as I have on how to plait fog. Which seems to be the case with every 'leaked' video I've seen, where it's quite obvious these people are never going to buy the software, nor buy any add-ons for it. I can kind of tolerate a US voice on the tower at Domededovo, that's to be expected from MS which is after all a US company, but they could at least have made an effort to have the controller pronounce Domededovo correctly instead of the laughable way it is said by ATC. This is a major airport in the capital city of the largest country in the entire world, which handles an average of 30 million passengers a year and a commensurate number of freight flights, so it's hardly a small operation. Then we've got the crew having their message passed to the pushback tug via ATC instead of down a headset wire or hand signal, as would normally be the case. Now granted, it's not absolutely inconceivable that a message might be passed via ATC, but it would be an incredibly rare occurrence. And so on.
