Well i have the same issue but didn’t even have the chance to upgrade to SU5…, only the store upgrade (about 600 Mo?). 5 seconds after a black screen boom back to desk. Will try again tomorrow… also considering reinstalling the whole thing. Good night from here in France 😉

Night to You to, thinking about the same, blow the whole MSFS out, and make a complete clean and fresh reinstall tomorrow...

- CTDs galore. I turned off AI so hopefully that was the root cause.

This is a sim-breaking bug. Hope this is addressed in a hotfix ASAP.

I think Bijan said he had an update ready, did you check the store page for an updated version?

Updating now... It's slow.  Can someone explain while the standard content is 22 gig... My download is XX% of 40 gig? I did not choose to download any other content other than the standard.

I finally got stand in line as far as service from servers. did a lot of "Please wait....." but when it quit waiting and downloaded for a bit, I sometimes hit 90MB\per sec. sometimes, My world record is 13 MB's per second. Sure was weird, but hey, take what you get.

The standard is the content that gets updated in Your profile, planes, airports and such. I had a screen where you were supposed to pick the extra files you wanted (or not), but for me it was not active, couldn't pick. So it downloaded everything but what I could pick and choose in my content manager, sounds like you might be getting everything in one bite. ( or I could be wrong ).

Works fine here. Sorry for the overblown brightness, HDR is active in the sim

I got thrown off the downloads from Content Manager. Told me my connection was down and the servers couldn’t be contacted. My connection was fine.

Anyone know why Content Manager downloads are using so much GPU and pinning the GPU with temps rising into the 70C range? Why would downloads spike GPU?

It's a bug many of us are experiencing as well. Would suggest opening a zendesk ticket because it isn't isolated Neil.
