Prediction on the date of the Hotfix?

Featured Replies

My prediction: it will get cloudy and possibly raining this evening. But could be completely different also.

I am just grateful that Asobo is not based in Spain where the attitude (still true of many companies) is mañana, mañana, mañana. I have been waiting weeks for quotes from four companies and August is almost a total shutdown with everybody on holiday. Happy days

Haha, reminds me when I was doing a sightseeing tour in Madrid and the guide explained that spanish people planned to built the Catedral de la Almudena in the 16th Century but finished in 1993, by saying everyday: "mañana" for almost 300 years.

I have good news: Asobo is a french team and it probably won't take that long, so all good. Just have patience for these couple of "working days" it's unlikey they will postpone it to the next century.

This is my bet too

When the hurly burly's done, when the battle is lost and won.

My crystal ball is out of order, was updated last week and now it won't work at all.

The longer it takes, hopefully the more fixes they put in and the more they check it for new bugs.

It would be nice if it was today for some weekend flying. Especially if the high temps at altitude is fixed but if it takes a few more days to iron stuff out then I'm all for it as well.

I would rather them take their time and come back with a hotfix that does cure the issues, than rush it out the door.

They could release today a coldfix and next week one hot.

This is my hope too. The High temp at altitude is the most glaring issue to me right now. I guess I will just stay low & slow until it does come out.

The patch will be released on 07/08/21 at exactly18:34:06.0034 GMT. Although obviously that is just a rough guess.

For those with issues I hope it's today.

On a purely selfish note I hope its next week.  Since making the last few tweaks the last couple of days flying have been extraordinary. I wouldn't mind a weekend of more of the same to be honest.

That was a month ago.

EDIT: Never mind. I forgot Europeans do the day/month thing for some reason.
