ORBX has released Volanta Premium

Recommended Posts

ORBX has just released Voltana.

https://volanta.app/premium/

Seems interessting, especially auto-safe feature and time sync. I didn't know that this bug has been a issue in the MSFS either, I remember that we had this issue back then in FSX.

Could be a solution until we have an free autosave tool available or asobo implements it directly into the code. Other feature are probably not worth the money, I guess.

Did some people miss the fact that many (if not all) of the core features you have been using today are still free? There would be no reason to "leave" just for them releasing a premium subscription for additional features etc.

Also the thread title is a bit misleading, Volatna has been out for a while now. They have released a new version and an option to buy a premium sub with additional features.

Nope.

”Sync your simulator to your real time zone with a simple checkbox. A feature which eliminates deviations within the default simulator time system. Available for FSX and P3D.”

Oh dear, I think they have been working on this for a long time. Not a good day for ORBX.

No thanks to subscription model. That's something I will never support.

With a reasonable price policy for subscription on all their products I probably would. I even suggest that they jump onto that boat, they could generate more profit with it and we could have access to much more detailed airports. It's no secret that many of us want to have world wide coverage with detailed airports but less are able or willig to pay 4000 Dollar for it. Subscription model could solve this.
