By the way this looks to be Nike they are very comfortable.

... and made in China, Vietnam or Bangladesh at one tenth the selling price, included in the said price will be the transportation from the above countries by boat (the most polluting transportation mode for our planet earth), distribution charges representing somewhere close to 50% of the selling price by our proud vendors, and a few "gogo" to pay as much for this as for their beloved sim, so that they advertise something they love to hate.

But finally, so that we may be consistent from A to Z, the same items will be shortly thereafter dumped and sent to India for recycling where they will pollute a few villages as collateral damages with their toxic colours. Too much? No not enough alas!

What was the last COP (Consumption Overdrive Principle) number at Glasgow?!

Do a search on how many times the avarage buyer wears a piece of clothing.

For the Netherlands it's an avarage of 7 times and we are doing pretty good.

We dont have to walk around naked to be fools.

I9-14900K,  Gigabyte B760 Aorus Elite AX, RTX 4080, 32 ram.1 tb nvme  M.2 SSD, MSFS 2020 on 2 tb nvme m.2 SSD

I guess I'm a minority of one. But I'm ordering the navy blue MSFS polo shirt. And, yes, I'm the person who repeatedly posted messages here demanding MSFS merch. I do wish the shirts were less expensive. But the identical shirts, with different logos, cost over $90 if you buy them at a gift shop at a PGA event. They really are high-quality shirts, and they come out of the dryer absolutely wrinkle-free. But I'm going to have the last laugh on you guys. Just think of all the chicks I'll pick up with my new shirt. I might even tell these starry-eyed women that I'm Sebastien Wloch himself.

... and so do polyester suits 🤪

Personally, I wouldn't at all mind wearing one of the shirts, if they were a give-away item... maybe they could give them away with the deluxe versions of the game, or so could some of the 3rd party devs such as PMDG, etc.

That's an excellent idea.

If they made the price of the shirts more reasonable, like around $20-25, I would buy them. They are selling them for twice what they are worth. I wear T shirts and polo shirts all the time, and company logos, sports teams, hobbies, make them more interesting to me. If some people are ashamed of letting people know they fly a flight sim, what can I say.

Those MSFS short sleeve shirts will be the perfect attire for days when the weather is sunny, but for some reason there are lightning strikes every three seconds. 🤣

People seem to have no issues with shirts with Harley Davison logos, or Jack Daniels for that matter.

Not seeing a difference.

Sorry all of the shirts and backpacks are on hold for now...the Nike polo shirt and Jansport backpack manufacturers are having trouble with the SDK for the MSFS logo stitching/embroidery and Microsoft/Asobo don't have a clue how to fix it either.😂🤣

Does anyone think the polo shirts will be available on the in-sim Market Place?

I was surprised when I first read what you wrote but from other things I ready it makes sense. From what I understand a lot of people, especially under 30 have gotten into buying inexpensive, trendy clothing for places like H&M, Zara, etc., then only wear it for a season before it either starts to come apart  or is not considered in style anymore. Too bad because it causes a big waste of materials.

I’ve kind of always gone the opposite way and paid a lot for good quality staple pieces that aren’t trendy, but still stylish and really never go out of style. Plus if you take really good care of the items, they’ll last you a long time. I have some shirts and slacks that are 10-15 years old that still look brand new.

That being said, the difference in the way people in Nordic regions, Europe and Eastern Europe dress vs what I see in the states is amazing. When I’m in Europe, the women look amazingly well dressed and put together, the guys as well, but mainly the women. When I get back to the states and depart the plane it’s such a let down. It’s like anything go’s, pajamas, puffy slippers, leisure wear, athletic wear, stuff doesn’t fit properly, etc.

Compare with some women who gladly spend thousands on a dress, then have to buy all new things to go with it....and only wear it once as everyone has seen it.

Cheap t-shirts seem a better option sometimes.
