Ahh was me being stupid, the radio rheostat has restored both the tablet brightness and the transponder, I must have been fiddling....
May 7, 20224 yr Anyone using a Honeycomb Bravo…is it possible to feather props using detents? By default they go past the white line and into feather without moving them down into the detents on my Bravo. They should stop at the top of the white line and only go past the white line and into the feather position when the levers are in the detent…correct?
May 7, 20224 yr Hello, Seeking anyhelp with the 310 power. I can't in any configuration make the plane fly above 110 knots indicated. No matter how open the throttle are and the mixture is. The manifold shows 30 on take off but the speed doesn't build up. Climbing is very difficult and landing azardous because I can't push the engine for a go around for exemple. -I have try re-installing -Defaut configuration with all maintenance in the green -Hardware (saitek works correctly) -The weight is even with only copilot and 50% on all tanks Is anyone having the same difficulties ? Makes my plane unflyable... Thanks for the help Edited May 7, 20224 yr by s.mellah
May 7, 20224 yr I think I could do with some more advice on the landing and specially the touchdown. I know you need to come in pretty fast and so I try to approach at the blue line speed. My problem is that every time I touch down the plane wants to go left or right and when I try to correct this with the rudder the plane looks like it wants to tip over. I already let if ride a few times over the grass due to this in order to not tip over. Anyone else having this problem? How do you keep the plane centered and straight on the runway after touchdown? Everything else is going perfectly with, this Milviz C310 is awesome, but those landings are nerve wrecking due to this. 😉 EDIT Just read a tip from @AvAngel on Discord that you shouldn't flare at all and even add some power...? Am I understanding that correctly? Edited May 7, 20224 yr by tup61

I use blue line with full flaps all the way to the numbers, I cut the power and raise the nose and touch down on the mains. Easy does it! MSFS

My problem is that even with full power, visible in the throttle and gauge showing 30 manifold, the speed will never rise above 110 knots. Neither in climb, neither in cruise.

There's probably an issue with your install. I would encourage you to uninstall and re-install as admin. Milviz Installers are notorious for creating faulty installations. It's something that is explained on their product pages. I've never had any issues with their installers, but I aside from defender, I don't have any anti virus software enabled on my sim computer. Am I understanding that correctly? Keep the power in on approach. At the same time you start pulling the nose up to flare, slowly reduce the power. You don't need to be at blue line all the way to the runway. Just reduce the power to achieve landing speed but don't go to idle. The tendency to bank on landing suggests you are too fast at touchdown. You have to set the switches at the bottom of the lever travel to feather engine as well. I had to mess with this a bit to get it to work. But it works perfectly now on both engines. I seem to remember it is switch 28 and 29 ( I could be off on that). Use the scan for input option to find the right switch. There are videos showing how this is done, do a search. May 7, 20224 yr Hi I deployed landing gear using the emergency system and now I am unable to retract the landing gear. Anyone knows how to get the normal gear system working again? Robin
May 7, 20224 yr I had to reset the aircraft but would also love to know if there is another way to get normal gear working again.
