My game pass has been cancelled for a few months now and I have the full version of the sim so maybe the "insert disk" thing isn't affecting me anymore for that reason.

In the past the "insert disk" error seems to have been caused by a login problem to Xbox services possibly related to an update of Windows gaming services. There were some updates for Windows 11 yesterday that I downloaded.

This fixed it for me, details in the link.

Yeah this is annoying. Waiting for the engine to spool up on the 737, then i click the fuel valve actuator just to get no result because the cursor has vanished and doesn't appear again unless i move the mouse. Oh and that "READY TO FLY" thing which i never understood...

I'm a little upset.

This morning I've read in this forum that there was another update (1.27.21.0), so I went to Microsoft Store to install it and I saw "Microsoft Flight Simulator" - "Modified Today". Today? When? I just turned my PC on!

So, I started MSFS and I verified, indeed, that the 1.27.21.20 update was installed! But when was it installed? While I was sleeping? 

In any case, I have not seen at all the 300Mb of the update, nor anything in the Content Manager. 

Has anyone else had the same thing happen?

By the way, the HDR problem is not solved.

As far as I know 1.27.21.0 is not an update. 

Up to yesterday and following the previous update, Steam users were on 1.27.20 and MS Store users were on 1.27.19. All this does is give us all the same build number, that's all.

yep, also was "already modified" but I left my PC running over night. but also no further in-game updates/downloads, just the .exe on my side

Not completely correct.

PC Users with MSFS from OneStore didn´t get the build 1.27.19.0, they where still on 1.27.18.0 after they where reverted from 1.27.19.0.

Now with 1.27.21.0 they have gotten the changes that came with 1.27.19.0.

For XBOX users and Steam user nothing has changed though except the Version number upto 1.27.21.0

Now we have all the equal Version number AND equal changes made with 1.27.19.0

So now the path has been cleared for SU10 for everyone. Here's hoping it is imminent.   

And what about the new ndivia driver that they were testing together with the SU10 beta?.

Yes.  I am on the store version .18, so I get the extra couple of fixes and they are quite welcome - at least one extra CTD solved on PC apparently.
This should be the same as SU10 release version, so I am just looking forward to the New Nvidia driver with MSFS specific fixes now.  I might finally go over to DX12 then. 

@edpatino  Driver soon, but no definite date yet.

Please inform me as an older guy in the flight simulation community and a RW pilot. There seems to be this SU10, Nvidia driver update fever..I'm using MSFS.....without any problems. This hype around updates? I can't understand? Are you guys (gals) just not "flying"? Is your sim broken? Plz enlighten me as to this "update" frenzy? Please inform us of what is not working that you need this update before you can "fly"? Is this just update frenzy mentality? Regards.

No frenzy here Peter. Mine is perfectly good as it is too. I would like to make the most of DX12 which has been around since 2015, other than that, I'm very satisfied.
