I had the same question

Again, you may want to check out the A2A tread quoted in Alvega's post about 20 minutes before your post. I think it answers your question.

Hi Len, Our flight model aerodynamics are 100% outside MSFS including wind physics (we read the weather conditions reported by the simulator). This is why the airplane feels different as it flies t

Someone back a few pages asked about spark plug fouling, so just some context first.  I purchased a 1959 Comanche 6229P back in 2012.  It came with standard “massive” type spark plugs which are prone

Been flying her in VR a lot. The king is back. And boy have they set a benchmark.

I can't wait haha.  I've just been updating my blue paint - I really like modern ones.  N8351P is nice as well but I gotta do at least one of my own before I get into it.

I flew the Comanche yesterday, around 9+ hours. I spent a great deal of time using the autopilot. I found that if the GPS course you are flying changes direction at most around 20-25 degrees, the AP will change with it, while staying in the Track Hi mode. If the turn is more than that, you need to switch to heading mode, dial in the new heading, and when the Comanche is again close to the course line, switch back to Track Hi. The altitude lock, stays solid at the altitude you set, so all in all, the AP works very well for an old unit, certainly way better than the Gyro Pilot in the DC6, which is useless.

Does any of the new owners know if the Comanche properly maintains the SimConnect radio status variable for COM1 and 2? This is what FS-ATC-Chatter app uses to determine if the radio are powered up.

Alternativley if someone can confirm that FS-ATC-Chatter works with the Comanche?

I would get this in an instant if I knew it worked in Onair/Neofly. Looks really sweet.

Unsurprisingly 737 NG Driver also highly recommends the A2A aircraft and lauds its realism.

Interesting how A2A didn't give out free review copies and made him purchase it in order to give a more honest review, that definitely is a surefire way to get an honest review! Wonder if they did that across the board with all reviewers.

I think his review, which I posted above, is one of the best reviews I have seen. He covered just about everything.

His stock 172 comparison between XP and MSFS wasn't that great.  He aims at "piano key" and expect touch down at "piano keys" in S model with 60 kts over treshold (standard glideslope). Not saying that A2A is not great, but sorry but I wouldn't trust him to review any light GA airplane LOL

Ok, but even then he is more trustable reviewing GA planes than Overkill and many others, in my opinion.

I go out of my way to not watch any Overkill videos. He gets an aircraft, knows nothing about it and probably spends zero time studying anything about it , and then fumbles his way through a Youtube video, showing people how many mistakes you can make. Waste of time.

According to a post on the A2A forum, they are currently working on a fix for this issue.
