Rotating beacons does not look good.  So no thanks.

Taken just by itself that's a pretty niche reason to entirely reject a plane 🙂

A range of 14.820 km will barely get it off the ground. Some people need to learn the difference between a full stop and a comma.

Errm do you want to go do a quick check on how other European countries use commas and full stops in numbers ?

Anyone know where to find your serial key? I'm entering my order number but its not accepting it. I'm trying to activate the product in the sim.

Anyone figured out yet which nav position engages the GPS?  I’ve tried them all but can’t get the LNAV to budge.
TIA,

NM:  Folks on FSS Discord told me about a selector switch (AP Modes) on the bottom right of pedestal  it needs to be in NAV/LOC and GPS selected (little toggle switch)

its not the order number, its the serial key... you find in the AS ONE tool on the fss 727 item and copy from there...

If a single effect causes you to pass on an airplane, you wont fly anything.

For a 1.0 release, the thing its amazing. Im on my second flight crossing the caribbean with the INS unit and Im having a blast. In fact I called sick today after my first fight 😄

Oh and in direct comparison to the Dreamliner me think the 727 is def the choice... look at endurance, range and flight level 😬

For those who might not know, the values shown there are just descriptive values. They don't have any relationship with the real aircraft performance.

Sorry but if you even do not the very basic stuff right there's something's wrong with your QA...

I buckled and got it. Amazingly I even managed to get it started and in the air. Sadly at that point I ran out of talent and wasn’t sure how to work the autopilot/FD/INS and it all got a bit too much. I’ll play with it more at the weekend.

First impressions aren’t bad at all, modelling seems decent and the sounds are good. I’m not sure I’ve got the patience for the INS but I might try it with a GPS to reduce the workload a bit.

Sounds like the exact opposite of descriptive then?

Does make you wonder how those numbers ended up so wrong -- it should be pretty easy to look up the specifications and enter the correct numbers. Or does the sim compute these numbers in some (error-prone) way (rather than having the aircraft developer specify them explicitly)?

What I mean is that they're just values on a text file, not values extracted from the flight model.

To be more specific, they're just values in the aircraft.cfg for display in the msfs ui.

Makes you wonder even more how they ended up so wrong -- if you're the person entering "16 hours" as the endurance for a 727, wouldn't you be wondering "that doesn't sound quite right"?
