OK, so I just loaded MSFS2024 and I see no update. Still 1.1.7.0.  Has the process of updating changed? It was Automatic when starting MSFS2020.

...... And still stuck loading at 97%  Haven't been able to get the sim to launch since the first day.

I honestly did not experience a single crash, however many freezes and stutters and textures slowly loading. I understand many people do have CTD so hopefully it fixes it

textures slowly loading

This is the biggest one for me in the UK.  Loving the new features, but I'm mostly flying over blurred terrain.

CPU Ryzen 7800X 3D  RAM 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 6000MHz GPU GEFORCE RTX 4090
Monitor AOC AGON AG352UCG UltraWide G-Sync @ 3440x1440
Internal Storage 1TB NVMe PCIe SSD
External Storage Three 4Tb HDs

The menu doesn't run at 1000 fps any more, unless it looses focus. So there's that.

MSFS 2020, DCS

and back to endless "2% - VFS Registering packages ..." last time it got least to 97%

very nice.

Extremely underwhelming when there's so many obvious bugs but going on past history it fits, this is going to be a long ride with this lot....again.
