December 4, 20241 yr 4 years ago, we couldn't even have dreamed of a sim that looked like this. What will we be flying 10 years from now? We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically. December 4, 20241 yr It would be cool if MSFS 2024 was very flexible to modding, and somebody created a camping and fishing mod for it. Would be fun to fly somewhere with a floatplane, land on the water, go fishing, and camp for the night. i5-12400, RTX 3060 Ti, 32 GB RAM

Isn't it the purpose of //42 Campout? https://parallel42.com/products/campout-utility Back to the OP video, I'm not interested in the walking-thru-this-twin-digital-world simulator from inside a Flight Simulation product. This twin world without any doubt see huge progress from the flight perspective but on foot from the ground it's doe not the capture the wonder of a walk through Yellowstone park. My favorite NP so far. Edited December 4, 20241 yr by vbazillio Vincent B. Check my free MSFS sceneries : https://flightsim.to/profile/vbazillio/trending and my hardware configuration.
December 4, 20241 yr Magic. Pretty much what I was hoping for from MSFS. And I'm guessing this aspect of the sim will continue to progress. Once I'm done firewalling off my 2020 system (I shall keep it for a while, maybe a long time, but have effectively frozen it as of Nov 18th in terms of addons) I shall return to setting up and exploring my 2024 environment. And I'm looking forward to exploring all the little out of the way places. PMDG can take as long as they like to port their planes over afaic, why on earth would I want to sit in a cockpit when I've got the world to explore? Wonder how long it'll be to the first "what's this got to do with flight simming?" response here <grin> Ryzen 9 7900X, Corsair H150 AIO cooler, 64 Gb DDR5, Asus X670E Hero m/b, 3090ti, 13Tb NVMe, 8Tb SSD, 16Tb HD, 55" Philips 4k HDR monitor, EVGA 1600w ps, all in Corsair 7000D airflow case. December 4, 20241 yr Can't wait for "The SIMS" addon... But yeah i admit it's fun to be able to fly just about anywhere, land and explore. Even if it does deviate a bit, but it's not a bad thing. December 4, 20241 yr I think it's actually really impressive. Is that some special scenery? Just jumping in the middle of the video makes you think you are in some hunting simulator or something. December 4, 20241 yr What a joke. Hiking up Everest in shirtsleeves. No altitude sickness. No frostbite, no hypothermia. No icing effects. They call this a “sim”… BOO Asobo, BOOO! /s
