As we are nearing release, we'd love to hear what kind of burning questions you all may have regarding our upcoming A350. We'll be picking questions that haven't been covered by us in the FAQ and will answer them at a later date.

Will it be on a higher level than the A330 ? 

P1) Will it allow for the definition of Pilot Flying / Pilot Monitoring?

P2) Will it include a built-in AI Pilot Monitoring?

F1) Will the backup mechanical control system, available in the A350 fleet, be modelled?

A1) Will the IMA (Integrated Modular Avionics) be modelled?

1. Can you provide more details about how it will support time acceleration? The FAQ don't really give away much. What's the max sim rate it will support? Will it be an auto cruise feature like the PMDG? Will it be managed through the MCDU/EFB? Will it accurately reflect fuel burn during accelerated flight?
2. Are you planning full GSX integration like in the Fenix?

Will there be some kind of multicrew system with a virtual FO to run checklists and procedures with? 

 

Similar to a question above, will the fidelity be on par with the A300 as it stands currently (in 2024 and 2020) or higher?, in terms of flight dynamics, systems, visuals, etc... I'd say the A300 is your highest fidelity bird out of all the payware and default/free aircraft you guys have in your inventory so I'm assuming the goal is to surpass that 🙂 

On a side note, looks like we'll have insights into the A350 systems soon:

I’ll second this.  Hopefully this ends up as the first inibuilds aircraft to have a really good time acceleration / step climb / pause at TOD system…learnings that can be used to implement something similar on the A330s and A300.  

I’d like to hear more about it.

Thanks for the reply in the other post about RNP capability.

• Would be nice to know if that will also have L/DEV as well as V/DEV.  I know in the default aircraft you have V/DEV modelled but not L/DEV.  Would be nice to know if APP-DES is 'fully' modelled.
• As far as the Navigraph charts on the OIS, will it also be geo sync'd with the aircraft icon?
• Will the cabin announcements be customizable 'FNX or FSL' style at some point either at release or after? 
• As others have said, full GSX integration like FNX/FSL would be great.
• I noticed in the preview vid it shows GLS as an option.  Can you expand on this as the sim doesn't support this type of approach?

All in all, this plane is really looking great so far.  Can't wait to pick this up.  It really looks like you guys are packing a lot of features in a relatively short amount of time.

Side note:  I think your A400 may be the most underrated aircraft in the sim.  I was really impressed with the depth of the systems and features you guys added.  I would imagine this would carry over very nicely to the 380.

- Will it include a proper simulation of the EBHA's?

- Could you elaborate a bit on the GPS jamming/spoofing simulation you aim to include? Will it be basically based on the current real world maps of where this is most likely to happen?

 

- Will the engine model simulation be more accurate than the one on your A330`s? Because those spool up way too quick and give completely wrong pitch to power ratios.

I third this regarding time acceleration. The original FAQ doesn’t go into too much detail, so hopefully now you can shed more light on this. 

Will it release with a detailed manual? Or maybe a series of in-depth videos that really explain it to all us non-A350 pilots?

Can you please just release it today😃. Obviously joking around but I can’t wait for a great A350 in flight sim

Will it be available on the marketplace when it opens? or is this only purchasable directly from iniBuilds?

Same here: no time acceleration or jump ahead feature, no buy. Absolutely no chance on my end to do 8h long haul flights in real time. The main reason I am still not really back into long haul since QW787 back in P3D days...

Same for me: Which sim rates are supported (and by supported I mean: The AP can handle it AND everything is scaled accordingly, e.g. fuel usage)=
