Can this install directly into 2024 or does it have to port over from 2020?

If you bought it from Just Flight then you'll have to copy it from the 2020 community folder to the 2024 folder.

If you bought it on the 2020 marketplace it will be available in your 2024 library.

At the moment it is not possible to download from Just Flight directly into 2024 as the installer only works for 2020.

Not quite accurate. Some, perhaps most have only 2020 installers.  But there is a growing cadre of Just Flight MSFS 2024 compatible aircraft, the RJ’s and the Vulcan come to mind and there are others.  They have a dedicated 2024 installer

The Blacksquare Dukes have been working perfectly fine in SU1 for a while now. The only thing that's a bit broken is the ability to display custom registrations on the fuselage, that's it. I personally haven't tried any of the PMDG stuff in 2024 yet but I've seen streamers fly the DC6, 737 and 777 in 2024. If I remember correctly the way to make them work is to spawn on the ruway with the engines on, teleport to a Gate using GSX and then select Cold&Dark in the FMC.

Mine are completely borked in SU1 beta...   The interior gauges are blank (like the digital LCD stuff), and the exterior has white panels all over the dynamic reg.  The interior and cockpit works in the TBM 850 but the exterior is the same.  I've seen people with this bug but it works for others like yourself... so odd.

The Dukes are both working flawlessly for me; I have been flying nothing but them for the past three weeks. The only issue is, as mentioned, that sometimes the registration does not display properly, but exiting and going back corrects the issue easily enough. I have been really enjoying them in 2024 -- about to start KRFD to CYYZ in the turbine duke now and will be landing into a pretty heavy snowstorm.

MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

Lot of folks on MSFS Forums saying there sim is not CTD anymore

And something that was driving me crazy and didn't even know they were working on it - last weather preset chosen is saved now - nice

I made that paint 🙂

It's based off N43HD which I saw in Duluth when I used to work ATC.

No clue why my Dukes are so broken....  There are a few others I've seen with the same issues though.

Got the update, directly tried the Bell 407 manual start up sequence, still has not been fixed. Amazing. Guess I have to wait for Avionics Update

I spawned at a gate in the 777 and the controls haven't frozen, no sign of a WASM crash

I cleared all the 777 files in AppData before testing.

Just completed a flight in the Bonanza with BATC and no problems at all with this new beta version, 60 FPS locked and no stutters. Happy camper for now.
