With the last update broke my ability to inject AIG traffic and some other addons, I found myself back flying in 2020 where all my addons work. I really missed my Ifly Max, and after a few refresher flights, I rekindled my love for that jet. Now on to the next update and see what that breaks. Looking more and more like they released it a full year too soon. Should have been FS2025. I've installed it twice and had nothing but problems. Luckily 2020 is still great.

They did admit FS24 was released with 30,000 bugs or something like that. It is pretty sad because they lost a ton of community goodwill doing that. I have no idea who made that decision, but there is nothing we can do about it now. FS20 is pretty solid, so at least we have that to fall back on. April 9, 20251 yr The Controls seem to be back. Did not try it yet. One thing I renarked : I use FT Amsterdam Schiphol. It does not matter which rw I choose to start, I always get rw 27 after loading. Choosing parking spots seem to work though. I run 2 monitors (only 1 is for msfs), and the moment I tab out or move my mouse to the second monitor, I get a lot screen tearing, even after giving monitor 1 (the msfs 2024 one) focus again. Previously I've been able to return to the main monitor and it syncs again. I'm also seeing very small artifacts on some of the GUI buttons in the aircraft selection screen On the positive side, oh my gosh I think they FINALLY fixed airport beacons from not showing until you were basically over the airport!! This is a huge fix for night flying! There is an issue with nVidia latest drivers that affects multi games, MSFS2024 might be one of them. Ali A. April 9, 20251 yr Realy guys, the release of MSFS2024 is a scheme for the name Microsoft and hit much to early the market.. Everything I read about bugs is so disappointing !! April 9, 20251 yr Morning guys, Anyone can confirm jetways are working now and also there is no any lights artifacts or lights flickering in sceneries at night in latest beta ?

April 9, 20251 yr Is it just me or did this sim become a constant beta test? I mean, thousands are inside the beta almost all the time (considering the huge amount of negative feedback when it was messed up prior release of SU2 beta), the time between SU1 final release and SU2 beta was just some weeks, there is no timeframe given for how long those betas usually last and so on. What is it all about? Why they dont simply release those betas as regular updates? I mean, at least you can expect that certain bugs will then be fixed within a reasonable timeframe in contrast to those introduced in regular SUs which remain until the next official SU release. I suspect that they did not deliberately put a piece of software up for sale with a known figure of 500/1000+ bugs still in it. More likely the whole team was under pressure to get the thing to actually start and run with all the default planes by release date. Most likely they were way too busy to test for bugs unless they stopped you even booting the game up. I'm sure there WAS a list of pre-release bugs produced but some suit somewhere didn't see it as a road block for release. Russell Gough SE London

April 9, 20251 yr Wow. We complain when there's not enough fixes and we complain when there's a lot of fixes. Go back to the list in the first post and ignore the lines with "fixed". There's plenty of items left. Matt Webb

April 9, 20251 yr the asymmetrical wing flex for the most Inibuilds liners and the B738max is still there, and the TBM is an unplayable slideshow here. Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2024 (she's here, but...).

Wasn't mentioned in the notes, but big aircraft were not knocking me around in an earlier patch How on earth can an airplane that is taxiing off the runway be producing enough wake turbulence to flip you over? That second picture? Is that airplane just starting the takeoff roll? Same question applies. Asobo’s understanding of wake turbulence is extremely flawed.
