That is not just scenery updates. That is 10 years of proper updates including Sim Updates.

Microsoft flight simulator! As in the lineup of sims to come.  2020 and 2024 are both microsoft flight simulator.

They're not going to give you free content updates for a decade lol.  That's ridiculous.

Didn't they just release a city update for both sims? When I look into your post history, I seriously think you need to touch some grass.

If addon developers continued to release MSFS 2020 versions of upcoming airports, I could theoretically stick with MSFS 2020 forever. Well, that and an update for the nosewheel steering on airliners that feels like I am operating a shopping trolley

Whoever wrote this also misinterpreted the words of Microsoft. The ten year remark was never about a specific MSFS release, but about the revival of the franchise with a commitment of at least ten years.

That's such a loose promise it can't even count as a commitment.

You can't put a warranty on a CONCEPT

No of course not. But some here are quite keen on misreading what MS stated back in the day.

Is DX12 still "experimental" in MSFS 2020?🤔

We all have taken the bait from the regular negative posting. Avsim, like many online forums start to get toxix because of these ridiculous posts. Instead of blasting everything, why not just ask for help for certain issues?

I will make this very clear. SU2 recent beta is working pretty well for me and likely thousands of others. Some stutters? Been there since release for some of us. CTD's? Depends on what you're flying. Could be 3rd party plane issue.

These negative posts are not helping anyone or anything.

Anyone who expected the first release to be advanced further beyond fixing the odd problem like the current shutdown issue when the next generation launched was living in a fantasy world.  After all 2024 is super similar to its predecessor It would be insane for any company to do this.   The last update to Xplane 11 was in June, 2021, duh.

He's not here for help he's here only because he gets off on trolling just like the other troll claiming anyone stating 2024 was working great gets off on lying.

Look forward to being told that we should just ignore Greezer cause if everyone ignores them they'll go away (cause that worked so great). Instead of you know just.. banning them.

Anyway until the next crazy thread where someone else will get baited.

The whole Roadmap for 2020 was simply changed to a 2024 Roadmap.

2020/2024 = fifth year of MSFS, simple.
