Can't maintain FG x3 or x4. I have to do each time, then it reverts to x2. It's not a big problem, of course, but I don't know why Asobo doesn't fit it! Regards

Using 32 Gb on both my pc’s and they are never maxed out. And with more unused RAM the pc gets slightly slower. https://www.techspot.com/review/2852-how-much-ram/ Edited August 24, 2025Aug 24 by GSalden 5950x3d 5.4-5.7 GHz - Asus ROG 870 Crosshair Apex - GSkill Neo 2x 24 Gb 6000 mhz / cas 26 - MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC - 1x SSD M2 6000 2TB - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 1Tb - Corsair 5400 case - Corsair 360 liquid cooling set - 3x 75’ TCL tv. 13600 6 cores @ 5.1 GHz / 8 cores @ 4.0 GHz (hypterthreading on) - Asus ROG Strix Gaming D - GSkill Trident 4x Gb 3200 MHz cas 15 - Asus TUF RTX 4080 16 Gb - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 2TB - 2x Sata 600 SSD 500 Mb - Corsair D4000 Airflow case - NXT Krajen Z63 AIO liquide cooling - FOV : 200 degrees My flightsim vids : https://www.youtube.com/user/fswidesim/videos?shelf_id=0&sort=dd&view=0

Hi, Fielder, Yes, I have NVIDIA APP, with not all options turned on, but some of them. But I can't see any option to select, modify or write anything related with Frame Generation Rate! Also, I can't see anything about it in UserCfg or NVIDIA Control Panel or nvidiaProfileInspector or wherever, so... I have to select x4 (that's the best settings for my MSFS 2024 configuration and my hardware) every time. Regards

My first post was also a complaint and then I figured out what I was doing wrong and retracted it On my end SU3 is a big improvement and if they keep the direction for SU4 we'll be finally at a point where they can concentrate on the old schedule of switching between SU and WU every 2 months. But... you responded to my post, stating I was the only person who felt let down by SU3. Now you are singing a different tune. Interesting....

Also depends on the CPU’s IMC … 2 channel vs. 4 channel vs. 8 channel. If you put 4 modules in a 2 channel IMC and have to reduce frequency it could slow the system down … but in my reference for 9950X3D 2X48 GB modules at 6400MT/s will not be slower than 32GB (2X16GB) at 6400MT/s. The article is over 1 year old and MSFS 2024 was not released and they didn’t test MSFS 2020, primary focus was 3D shooters, not a single flight simulator mentioned.
