September 15Sep 15 Beautiful plane. Inibuilds are the best modelers. Passenger cabin is exquisite. Lighting controlled from the panels is great. You can even pipe in music from the panel in that beautiful lounge with the bar on the second level!FPS is very good. The unique aspect is that it doesn't matter what level of detail you get in the passenger cabin it does not exist until you open the cockpit door. So fps is great. Nice liveries available. If you've flown their A350 you will know how to fly this plane. Just a great addition to the passenger fleet for MSFS.Only issue I had was that I couldn't engage AP1. However I pressed AP2 and it engaged.Doing a flight from EGLL to CYYZ. Edited September 15Sep 15 by lenny777 Ryzen 7 5800x, 64gb, 7900XTX 24gb
September 15Sep 15 Just bought and fired her up at Simwings Munich.Ini really paid attention to optimization. It performs really well with my lowly 8GIG 4060TI.
September 15Sep 15 I just got this beautiful bird and the performance is very good, like comparable to PMDG kind of level. I have no idea what ini has done but definitely they found the sweet spot. And yeah definitely better than A350 in terms of performance.Ironically, it performs a lot better than the A220 on release 🤷 AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 64GB DDR5 6000MHZ RAM, RX7900XT, FreeSync 165hz 1440p display
September 15Sep 15 I agree.I didn't fly a flight, but loaded it up at OMDBv2 with live BATC traffic and went through the EFB to get things set up for the aircraft - will do flight in it tomorrow. I am definitely impressed with the performance thus far.On a side note: I'm currently in the Inibuilds A343, OMDB - HECA. It is amazing all the A388 VATSIM traffic I'm seeing on Volanta and Navigraph in the vicinity of OMDB! Looks like a large school of fish :-) "...now let's get this thing on the hump - we've got some flyin' to do!" ~ Major Kong from "Dr. Stranglove" Scott Cebula
September 15Sep 15 Cant get purchases from store to work again whats the magic combination uac is on cant rdmber what else is required seems they dont want my money Colin hodds I7 9700K,nvidia 3090 ,ssd ,32gig 3200mhz ram ,win10,prep3d
September 15Sep 15 Tested the Jump Ahead feature. Not quite as good as the Toliss one, but still very usefull. Perfect to quickly jump across the pond in an hour and do an approach.Interesting flight characteristics. The roll is very slow but the pitch is very nimble.

Guess I will just have to wait until it is released via the Ini store. Daniel
September 16Sep 16 Good to hear they've worked on performance. If I bought this I'd fly it once lol. It's quite a feat of engineering though. I've worked a few "supers" in my career so far. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
September 16Sep 16 Honestly, after a good flight to Tokyo from Honolulu, this thing is possibly the best airliner in the game. It's fantastic. The landing in Narita was great, it felt like a plane weighing 700,000 pounds.I just started on an overnight from Dubai to Toronto, and loaded to basically MTOW of 1.2 million pounds, a TOGA takeoff in the heat of Dubai, and it felt just so, so good. Systems seem to respond very well, the AP is great, the VNAV was good on both the departure and arrival. Hand flying feels good, ground handling is GREAT. It turns better than you think it will. Wandered around the cabin, played with the showers and sinks, and toilets, and went back to check the FA panel and the waste water was all used. This thing is a masterpiece. Well done INI. September 16Sep 16 A significantly better release than the A350 was back then. Performance is decent. A380, OMDB-EGLL with Beyond Traffic almost always (capped) 60 FPS. 9850X3D, 9070XT, 64GB DDR5. It flies great, though—for my taste—not quite as agile as one would expect for an aircraft with fly-by-wire. As expected, WASM is going to cause a lot of trouble again, since the entire aircraft is essentially built around it. The external model and sound are also much better than the A350's; hopefully, they’ve ditched Echo19 for good. All in all, a good step in the right direction—provided you approach it with Ini-level expectations rather than Fenix-level ones.

Now thats realism. trust me.
September 16Sep 16 I have only done one flight from YSSY-NZCH.This is outstanding and I concur with ATRguy.I had few troubles with the 350 which I think is fantastic but hopefully they can translate V2 to be as good as the 380. David Porrett
