    It seems that 2020 was a sort of test bed for 2024. Let's hope they learned a lot hehe. I can't wait for some previews. I want to see those pebbles in the river!

    My thoughts on this are well known. It's appalling, and after 18 months of many threads and clear examples of the issue from pictures and video, on their own forum, still no progress. I am not happy with the way my question on this was answered on the latest Twitch session either, and I am glad Jayne dug her heals in with her own bosses to try to get a better answer, but to no avail And people wonder why some like me do not see everything from the Asobo stable as sweetness and light. Some of us forget that they are simply a business, and they take money; they are not some kind of revered flight sim monks sent for our flight sim salvation. I don't care about 2024 yet. We may still have a six month wait. If they just listened to us and tried to understand the problem, that would be a good start.

    Forgive me but do you have a link to this update? If the street lights are linked to population density then something has obviously gone very wrong indeed. Every A road and motorway in the UK and Europe is lit at night. This is completely and utterly unrealistic and for me goes a long way to destroying the authenticity of the night environment.

    IIRC on the Ini discord theys aid it's been Asobo that's late on the patch, they've had it ready for a while.

    Might this actually placate some of the perpetually annoyed at iniBuilds for previously not focusing on the fixed-fee from MS A310 in favour of products which generate sales revenue? Anyway, fingers crossed for good news about SU15. It's holding up a fair few third party updates and new releases.

    "A new beta build (1.37.16.0) is now available for all platforms. This build contains updates to the A310 and A320neo V2. Full release notes will be posted tomorrow. We are aware of the WASM issue preventing you from flying many add-on planes, as well as the performance and stability reports on Xbox. The team is working to address these issues for the next beta build."

    Great idea! Yes it is, although I ignored the warning areas for the purposes of this flight.

    It has some very useful features no other software can give me. 1) the ability to draw a circle around any point of any diameter. I use this for Radar Contact to help me reach my assigned altitude 40nm out from arrival airport. 2) With FSL Concorde I can create a new waypoint in the plan 55nm before landfall to assist in being subsonic. The decel point can also be added and then dragged as appropriate based on my final altitude. AS Vic has said the automatic taxi line to and from gate - runway - gate is really useful. It would be such a shame if all this was to be lost.

    I notice that you mention that methods like LPV, RNP, etc. are resolved, however, I find no information about this on this site. After examining several pages, I found no explanation on how you resolved this issue related to these approaches ??

    For me that would include automatic taxi path and TOP CAT performance app in the EFB. And no monthly subscription fee. I think I will go back and use EFB as long as I can and save a few bucks.

    It used to be worse, every road in the sim used to have lights. One of the early sim updates changed it so the street lights depend on the population density. So there are less lights in sparsely populated areas then there were at launch. And the sepia night texture used to appear a lot closer to the aircraft than it does now, and it looked terrible. No it hasn't, it has improved.

    Terrific, thanks. Regarding the TOD app listed above on Flightsim.to, reviews seem to indicate it works 7-8 times out of 10. I'm not sure I'm ready to trust my flights to those odds yet.

    Some beauts there Will. Love the moonshot, and the Norwegian livery looks particularly good on that one. I remember being well impressed with some bit of freeware back in FSX or P3D that gave us a good moon image, but MSFS out moons all that.

    I have it all the time in DX12. Annoying. Hoping 2024 resolves this along with the multi colored satellite/aerial imagery you get when flying.
