Why isn't there any high resolution pictures of the product on Feelthere's website? I'm interested in this bird but would like to see high res pictures first.

Wow, lame. -Alex

This product is too pricey for me! Almost 50 bucks for an updated FS9 aircraft? No discount for previous owners of the old version? I think I'll pass on this one. :( Paul

Will this work with FSX SP1. It says FSX SP1 and SP2 or Acceleration. I fly with FSX SP1 only installed. Curious, thanks in advance.Joe

Ask one more time, I'm sure you'll get an answer...

HelloThe devs clearly state no 64 bit support. So why is it "lame" if it displays various bugs under a non officially supported OSSeems like every release has to be shot down nowadays, No wonder Microsoft walked away.It will be the Third party Devs next and who could blame them.

I hope you're not serious with all this. The last time I checked we're in the year 2009 and not 2001, the 64-bit systems have been around for a while now and are widely used all over the world. You'd think that modern simulator developments would handle support for 64-bit systems already, come on - lol.

HelloI know, Shocking isnt it.Devs releasing 32bit software for a 32bit Sim, whatever next.On a more serious note, I am running Feelthere 737 and Ejets without problem on W7 the Devs just do not officially support it that is all, No biggie

I have very few airliners in my FSX, the PMDG MD11 and J41 only so my expectations are high... I know the price is different, but usually for a reason. I don't like to see designers bring the price up matching PMDG but offering "less" of a product. Thumbs up to Feelthere on this one, the price seems reasonable.I have a few questions about the features, I know a lot of people enjoyed the EJet Serie but a few things in the attention to detail desappointed me.1- Can the CRTs be dimmed?2- Does it have separate cockpit lightning, ie flood, instruments?3- Does it have a functionning separate logo light? I know it's a minor detail but a pet pieve of mine since most designers "can" do it.4- Can it be fully operated from the VC?5- Is the view point from the VC realistic? It had to be mod by a user for the EJet since FT wouldn't fix it!6- Does it have seperate taxi and landing lights? Thanks to anyone who will take the time to answer. It looks like a good product overall.Danny

The fact is that FSX is a 32 bit application, and as such, it can only load 32 bit libraries, such as for the gauges used by add-ons written using the FSX software development kit. So long as the libraries are loaded by the FSX executable (the main process), 32 bit only.64 bit operating systems should be able to run 32 bit software without problems, just as 16 bit operating systems ran 8 bit, and 32 bit ran 16. The reverse is not true, and current versions of Windows have dropped support for some 16 bit software altogether, perhaps to prod the industry along.I suspect that tech support just has this as a standard disclaimer because they wish to avoid dealing with "this doesn't work on my x64 system" type questions. Thus the obligatory catch all "not supported", my opinion of course.

1- Can the CRTs be dimmed? - Yes, some. Not down to completely dark.2- Does it have separate cockpit lightning, ie flood, instruments? - No, as far as I can see they are tied together.3- Does it have a functionning separate logo light? - No logo light that I could see (I only tried the 135). Tail remains dark with all lights turne on.6- Does it have seperate taxi and landing lights? - YesAs for the VC someone else will have to respond - I prefer to use the 2D panel, at least for the critical phases of the flight. The control columns will get in the way of some buttons, I think (the columns cannot be removed, but Vic wrote over on their own forum that they might look into that)Overall it is a very nice aircraft with very good systems simulation - easy to fly and does pretty much what you would expect. Not surprising, of course - Feelthere have been improving their Embraers incrementally over several releases.

the ERJv2 IS NOT A WILCO PRODUCT!!!purchase from feelThere -http://www.feelthere.com/2005--
Sorry Scoob I got an e-mail from Wilco. As I understand it Feelthere is the developer and Wilco is a publisher, correct? Either way the 145 really looks nice! best of luck with her :(

John

There is a difference between "support" and actualy functionality. Wilco states they are testing their products for the Win 7 marketplace and desires feedback from those of us who are successfully flying their products on Win 7 machines. As for me, I have used Wilco's 737, Airbus and EJet series all with FSX SP2 (Acceleration) on Win 7 64-bit under an Intel Core2Quad with no hitches whatsoever! I've used their Tower Simulator as well. In fact, I've used everything from Eaglesoft to older Flight1 and PMDG products on 64-bit Win 7 with no hitches. Now, my HP printer software, those turkeys have known about Win 7 for months on end and STILL don't have any software for anything about Win 7, 32 or 64 bit they say until January 2010. E-Fax is even worse! So much for progress in the regular software market places, nevermind flight simming which seems to be just fine in my book.Randy Jura, KPDX
