December 3, 200916 yr I can't get to the online shop either. Very strange considering that nobody buys FS9 products these days. Gavin Barbara Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)

December 3, 200916 yr I can't get to the online shop either. Very strange considering that nobody buys FS9 products these days.I had the same experience. I went to buy it but the server response from flightsimstore.com was horrendous. I will buy it, but sure would like to find a better vendor site. It looks fabulous.eric AND
December 3, 200916 yr Meanwhile I was downloading Jose Fermandois' South American mesh, but that is effected too; server timed out.Good thing Tim released this well in time for X-mas. December 3, 200916 yr Hey gents, Adrian is aware of the issues and is working on them. Good humor in this thread :) Cheers to all of you, and thank YOU for supporting us!While we all wait, i've been drooling over the screenshots over at your forum. Man, how did you do it??? The quality is beyond words...This is THE most anticipated FS9 addon for me...ever! :)Thanks again Tim. You guys obviously put in a lot of time and energy into this product and it shows.I'm looking forward to making some beautiful screenshots w/ REX!-feng
December 3, 200916 yr I am currently loking for a bus to run in front of. I've been waiting for this release since it was announced. My boot drive died two days ago, and I'm waiting for UPS to deliver the replacement. I guess if I have to do a complete reinstall, I might as well add REX to the list!
December 3, 200916 yr Yeah, The Flightsim Store is terrible. Downloading REX for FSX already was an extremely painful experience. I shudder at the thought of going through it again for this release. Of course I'm still trying to buy it, let alone get to the download part ;)Tim, do look into other vendors in the future... :) Cheers, Mack i7 950 @ 4Ghz :Apogee XT waterblock: EVGA X58 Classified :EK full-cover waterblock: Feser X-Changer 360: 3 x GTX 570 (Tri-SLI): EK full-cover waterblocks : Thermochill PA 120.2: 6GB Corsair Dominator 1600Mhz RAM (stock speeds) : FS9 & FSX @ 1920x1080 on Windows 7 x64
December 3, 200916 yr Thanks Tim!Just bought it, but the flightsim server appears to be overloaded. After paying, i got the download link for REX for FSX instead! And then the server timed out and the entire website is down. Tim, what have you done? Your product is so popular it brought down their server! :)Hopefully they can fix my purchase. I don't even have FSX installed...lolEDIT: here's the store link: http://www.flightsimstore.com/ (but it's down, at least for me)-fengI've been waiting (im)patiently for this product and I'm HAPPY TO HEAR that the servers are overloaded and struggling under the weight of the drooling simmers buying this product. Which just goes to show that if developers release a product for FS9 that appeals to a WIDE AUDIENCE we will purchase it. I am more than happy to wait my turn to purchase whenever the server allows me to do soI intend to purchase this as soon as I get home this evening. I also URGE every FS9 user, with the means to do so, to purchase this product also:1) A greatly enhanced flight environment appeals to everyone and breathes new life into the best flight simulator ever released.2) Because it supports a developer who is firmly committed to FS9 (he could have easily walked away from the years of additional work he had to do for this product and stuck with FSX products only. His reward for such commitment should be a financially successful product launch. Make it WORTH THEIR WHILE!3) Send a clear message that the FS9 community supports developers who support us!Congratulations on this release. And THANK YOU for sticking with FS9. It's amazing how products like this turn a 7 year old product into a new sim all over again!
December 3, 200916 yr Between this, the MD-11, the Fly Tampa Airports, and 60 fps with full traffic, I don't know how much more I could even want from a Sim...
December 3, 200916 yr Hey gents, Adrian is aware of the issues and is working on them. Good humor in this thread :) Cheers to all of you, and thank YOU for supporting us!You should speed up that server Tim lolCongratulations m8 with another great one :-) André
