If you will put your cursor over the numbers on the MCP you want to change and roll the mouse wheel, it changes pretty quickly. I found this out by just trying it.

Hi guys just got the bird today and found out the fms is blank, if i start with another aircraft with engines running etc and than switch back, the fms is powered. Than when i click the cold and dark state panel the aircraft goes into dark etc and the fms goes blank again which brings me back to where i started from. I posted this on the quality forum, but wanted if anyone had this problem at all

I just got it too! this Avro is amazing much better than CLS variant, the paintkit textures are HUGE! the only thing I'm missing from CLS variant are the liveries, hope to see soon lots of FSX native liveries for the Avroliner as they are for FS9.

I got sucked in. I'm downloading the Flight1 wrapper for this bird right now. Hope it's up to my "NGX" standards... Interesting aircraft as far as I'm concerned, so I'll be a little partial.

I am getting this tonight....after the wife goes to bed. I can't hold out any longer...it's killing me. I see so many great reviews, photos, videos. I am hearing that support is good for it...and I like the fact that they are offering the other birds of the fleet as a free upgrade. Just great!

 

I am a little crazy though because I love my PMDG 737NGX, MD-11, and JS41....but also like the QW 757 just as much, even though you can not even come close to comparing them....the best I can come up with is that QW has a "feel" like the PMDG does, and that is what makes an addon successful, not just the bells and whistles...or good VC...it has to be a good overall aircraft. I still rank the QW 757 sound kit one of the best out there....

Thanks, William, for the input. It seems this offering goes much further in the way of systems fidelity than the 757. Strictly from literature, I don't own the 757 so can't say.

What QW has is a great, stable, bug free product that's fun to fly. I'm not sure it's quite my cup of tea, but it's a great product to those interested in the type of flying this neat little a/c does. Pretty impressive deck angle with the speedbrake out! Now I just have to go purchase that London City scenery.
