Besides a specific airplane, what addon is not available to buy that you would like to have for FSX enjoyment?

 

I'm hard pressed to think of anything....only thing I REALLY want is a 9Ghz cpu so frame rates aren't an issue.

I'd like to see a single player addon that puts adventure, game, challenge, creativity, story and purpose to the flying in FSX. Something like XPax, Air Hauler, FSPassenger, FSCaptain, Rescue and African Adventures all into one, super enhanced game but 10 times better.

An all encompassing ATC addon that gives SID/STAR on the fly all the way down to interaction with the ground crews and controls the AI as well.

 

Right now every ATC addon is missing something or another that makes it unworkable for me.

 

It's amazing we still haven't seen a first class product come out in all these years.

I'd like an addon that turn FSX into a full character driven game - a mix of FS Flying School/Air Hauler/FS Passanger/The Sims/Grand Theft Auto/Sim City/Euro Truck Simulator and then some... Best explenation I could manage in less than 10000 words

I would LOVE to see trains running long distances along tracks (several have tried within FSX and haven't been able to master this yet).

 

What is REALLY needed is a world multi-player enviornment where people can choose to run an aircraft or jump into a train simulators for an AI scheduled run, or a ship.

 

In fact, I'd settle for an AI Ship program that had ships running along routes where ever you flew into. I've not been able to get this to work very well in FSX, but I'd pay $40 for a program that offered this world wide.

+1 for the ATC. Particularly if it could actually control ai both in air and ground so we could get realistic spacing and ground movements.

AES Real Food Services: an addon that could heat up food in your cd tray while you fly a long route :lol:

+1 for ATC per bonchie and MHyypia. Robust, with a realistic level of randomness, location-specific voices, full coverage and AI control.

A very good, more realistic ATC addon would probably be the only addon they could produce for FSX right now that might cause me to forsake my FS9.

I should add that it would be great to have atc change your course for VFR traffic avoidance, as opposed to "So in so is at blah blah O'clock, report them in sight." ... Oh, and by the way, it's a 747 at wide open throttle less then 1/2 a mile away with a giant ram spike attached to its nose.

Would love both improved ATC (Supports both IFR/VFR and Helicopter traffic, including the odd MEDEVAC flights that I like to do sometimes) and an add-on that was discussed above in the realm of Air Hauler/FSPassengersX etc etc. I love Air Hauler, other than I have to continue to assign routes rather than seeing what is there. I would like to have routes given to me and possibly bid to compete against other airlines, possibly moving up to a larger company or making your company larger. Kinda generic I know, but would be fun. Something where you can manage if you want, or just fly for a company.

I'd like to see a utility Addon. I'd like the addon to be able to tweak the system through all know tweaks and settings to recommend the best settings for the users specific hardware, software services and applications. It would be able to tell me the settings for best fps, best visual quality, and even inspector settings. The utility would also recognize other addon and utilities and report the amount of CPU, gpu and memory each uses. As it relates to services and applications it would have a mini data base of services that are not needed and could be like AlacrityPC to squeeze out more performance for a specific configuration.

 

Lets do less tweaking and more flying.
