Some consolation screenshots would have been nice.

The whole project has probably been cancelled by Microsoft. 😒

It'll release on deadline regardless. That's how it works with big publishers.

It just means they arent sure enough that the materials they would like to show will be ready for that deadline and therefore might get pulled.

I felt something was going wrong. It is not normal for Microsoft not to have the ability to resolve a loggin issue. But no info at all ? Wasn't expecting that for sure. I know they don't owe us anything but I sincerely hope their next updates will make up for all of this. This could have been worse, imagine the update was live in the insider area and no one could loggin to see it...

Are they trying to implement Vulkan ?

There wasn't anything Insider-exclusive on the roadmap for yesterday's update, so I think they either couldn't finish the update in time or the site had other underlying issues as well. As I was saying in another thread, it has been suffering some strange issues for several weeks now. Hopefully everything's going well for the team, though it is disappointing that Microsoft are yet to fix the website a full week later.

Give them a break.  Updates come precisely every 1-2 weeks since announcement. Maybe we need a reminder that we are so lucky to get all these updates with full on media and quite the details. Name one developer that does that. Prepar3d? PMDG? Trains sim world, Farming simulator, Truck simulator? Youd be lucky to get 1 or 2 clips or photos as teasers. The announcement says they will be trying to get it up in the next few days.  Look forward to it, and loving the updates when they come. Think this is supposed to be a discovery series on airports.

At least they did a quick Update about No Update. Although it was late for sure, at least they communicated with us 🙂 You go Asobo & MS! And I thought the Airport Discovery initially for Mid February on the Roadmap although I am sure they could push it farther out too if need be. Just keep us informed, even when you can't inform us 🙂 If that makes sense 🙂 Meaning that if you give us a date for an Update, but can't make the Update, let us know with an Update. Now I am confused 🙂 Someone please Update me 🙂

What's the big deal anyway with all the alpha test "secrecy", it's a game not some defence project.

Ok, now everyone tell me it's an alpha test and they don't want the public to see "bugs"... blah blah blah blah blah.

I think all comes with the issue of the webpage. Until they fix it, no updates.
