Hehe.....as much as I think I wouldn't forget to NOT touch those things we know will CTD the session, I would inevitably touch one while on a 5 mile final from a nice, long flight....then be looking at my desktop, saying to myself "Oh yeah....I shouldn't have touched that" ...along with some words my years as a sailor taught me (not suitable for general audiences, hehe).

🤣

Wich is exactly what i did, and more than once. 🤣

about a General I can't recall

It was probably Patton.  He was quite famous for his demeanor...I think the movie was in fact a little kind as opposed to how he was in the real world.  😉

I use GreenShot to capture screens on the fly. It's free and works great. It sits in the tray ready to use anytime. Just hit "CTRl+Shift+C" and mini window pops up that lets you take the whole screen or a crop of it. Set your output folder to your desktop (or any preferred location) and you can take as many screens as you want as you fly and they're sent directly to that location.

I use snagit by techsmith.

Ryzen5 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, TWO Dell S3222DGM 32" screens spanned with Nvidia surround 5185 x 1440p, 32 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, CH Flightstick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel.

Despite all bugs, Carenado Mooney M20R with the GNS 530 Mod still the best FS2020 GA airplane with the steam gauges. 😃

Just checked. Still not there. So much for the "it should be up at any moment."

Asobo really needs to figure out how to expedite the process of updates being posted on the MSFS store, otherwise it’s a pretty significant downside to buying from the MSFS store when other options are available.

There are no other options when it comes to Carenado. It's only sold in the MSFS marketplace.

My thoughts are that we won't see the Carenado fix until the Asobo update on the 26th or 27th. Then we'll see a fix for some of the issues and others will linger on.

Looks like the CTD when clicking on the altitude button is still present after the MS update today. Loaded the Mooney up in Tokyo, clicked on the button and kaput.

I checked the content manager and says it's up to date and the version in the sim is now 1.1.1 when I think it was 1.1.0 previously? Pretty disappointing tbh.
