Guys, i have a question: There's a small instrument on top of the panel that shows some green dots, what is that for? There's no word about it on the manual

AOA indicator, I believe. When you have 5 dots showing, you're at an optimal AOA for your weight/config for landing.

Interesting! May i ask you something else? what are the buttons on its right side?

its weird that they left that instrument out of the manual

I've heard people with poor FPS

Anyone here experience that?  Comparison vs default c172?

Yup, it nicked 8 fps from me in 4k, I popped the breaker for the standy instrument, and back to normal...

How is the reverse/beta simulation? I assume it's still default MSFS broken?

Seems okay.  I run the bravo throttles and works fine bringing the throttle back into beta.

You dont have to worry. I have a system like yours (but a 1080 non TI and 24gb of ram) and it works great.

No issue here.  I'm running 3060ti in 4K and don't notice any difference.

I wonder why the frame impact is hitting some and not others. I might go mess around with some graphics settings. I have everything on ultra with a 3080 Ti at 3440x1440 and I get a huge frame hit when I pop on the avionics and it's all gained back when I pop the breaker for the standby instrument like Simple B suggested.

Thanks gents, especially the tip about the stby ADI.  I don't have the plane yet.  On the fence...  Seems to have a lot of character.  Textures look amazing, NXi support, great sounds so I've heard.

Flying the takeoff with finesse makes a big difference. [Per the Manual]

For me I get about the same fps as with PMDG DC-6. Slightly heavier that stock airplanes but not super bad. I'm running sim on 4k

My Bravo throttle doesn't come back into beta - how did you configure that?

I think you are needlessly worrying... it is a good buy 🙂

To me, it is like getting the first "a2a plane" for MSFS.. 😉

You've got to pay attention, but it is very rewarding.
