The backup instrument xml gauge runs at a frequency of 10 (updated 10 times per second):

Those with FPS problems could try to set it to f.ex 5 and see if that helps.

Just be aware that the gauge then will act choppier.

Go get it Jose, it is really a joy to fly, you do have to be careful and follow performance procedures, I got 2 aircraft overstressed crashes, lol, that itself made this aircraft even more interesting.

Curious as to whether or not people are using linear sensitivity as recommended by SimWorks?  To me, it seems a bit too sensitive linear.  I may add a bit of a curve.

 

Bought it direct from their store and am pleased with it. A joy to fly and handles beautifully on both take-off and landing (for a change).

Works very well with Quest 2.

I had CTD using DirectX 12, but worked flawlessly on DirectX 11.

Depends on where in the world you are... Simmarket without VAT is Euro 34.99.

I'm just using my preferential curves I have set in the sim for everything. When I use linear and move my Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS one millimeter it's like Sean Tucker yanking the stick for an aileron roll. To be clear I have not tried the Kodiak with linear controls so I can't say that is how it will also react. My personal experience has lead me to not be a fan of linear.

With my Honeycomb yoke I have found the ailerons are perfectly fine using linear but I had to reduce the elevator a bit...currently -20% but might to take it even lower.

That seems to be the consensus among a couple of real Kodiak pilots on the official forums as well.  

This Pilots videos on flying the Kodiak are fantastic. You can learn alot, and he has many videos on Youtube. 

 

 

One bug found.

I have a 2 monitor setup which I use for Airport/IFR diagrams, watch tv, or for whatever else while I'm flying. During some of the flights I was suddenly met with a "You overstressed the aircraft" bla bla bla, which of course ended my flight, I thought I was doing something wrong despite the fact that I was following the recommended performance procedures. Then, It happened again, however this time I realized it happened while I clicked on the start menu on the second monitor, tried to repeat the scenario and what do you know, it did it again, the weird thing is that only happens minutes after take off or on cruise and not on the ground. I've already submitted a ticked.

 

 

Has anyone else with a Honeycomb Alpha / Bravo noticed that using the physical switches for Landing Light and Aux fuel pump, DO work, but the switches in the cockpit don’t actually move?  That's what I'm seeing on my end.
