I know this won’t replace a proper weather radar in the aircraft. However I think it maybe a good stop gap solution if used on a external tablet or monitor.

All I need is Vatsim integration and logbook (both are on their roadmap) and this will be the only thing I need running with the sim other than vPilot.

excellent finger tip situational awareness info.

Another thing that will useful would to create a vfr route directly on the map.

It is really impressive to see how well Navigraph has built out their products since MSFS arrived; pretty impressive.

MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

All that is left, is to merge Simbrief and Charts together and we'll have the ultimate flight sim addon.

My Navigraph subscription is like a fine wine....it just gets better with age! 🙂

Just updated it and the weather addon is a fantastic new feature.   They just keep coming.

Steve Dra

Why merge them? Once the plan is done you can easily import it in charts.

I was thinking exactly the same.

As for the weather implementation love it, this guys are good. Top 3 of all time tools for flight simulation.

Really exciting. I hope they will be able to integrate it into the in-game panel, too.

Kind regards, Michael

I asked them earlier about this and this is what they said:

Unfortunately, the panel is not able to support the majority of these weather layers due to technical limitations in the environment provided to us by the simulator. We will make efforts to see if we can get the radar layer alone in there, but I don't have an ETA!

Thanks! That's a bit of a pity for us poor VR'ers again.
