Nope, not even close. But you could still use nVidia in conjunction with REX Atmos with no problem.

Correction, as Jose stated above, it's REX Weather Force. To answer your question though, it's compatible with everything, including default real weather, weather engines, weather presets, custom weather and saved flights.

@Flic1 it's not even the same, safe and non-destructive.

Well, then we would have to see that before purchasing then? Especially if you are claiming its that different and far better from straight up nvidia filters

Agree with Piett. Not gonna buy anything until either 2024 is out and compatible and/or no upgrade fees this close to release.

This does improve the nasty coloration. I have Rex textures and accuseason already. Big improvements with little performance loss.....

This is an obvious NO brainer purchase for VR users.

Please release this before MSFS 2024.

For anyone who likes tweaking, ReShade and/or Nvidia Freestyle filters can give a similar look for free on PC.

That said, anything that gets rid of MSFS' default pee-coloured tone is worth a look.

How does one introduce 'true Raleigh scattering' with NV filters?

Exactly. To add, REX Atmos integrates directly within the simulator environment.

Wrong sim.

Whoops, meant to say Weather Force - same question though. I already have Active Sky and would rather not have to purchase Weather Force to make this work.

How does one correct for 'changed sky color' and 'altered environment coloring' – items 1 and 3 on the list contained in the preview pic?

With the freeware alternatives I said that 'can give a similar look'.

AMD Ryzen 5800X3D; MSI RTX 3080 Ti ; 32GB Corsair 3200 MHz; ASUS VG35VQ 35" (3440 x 1440)
Fulcrum One yoke; Thrustmaster TCA Captain Pack Airbus edition; MFG Crosswind rudder pedals; miniCockpit FCU; CPFlight MCP 737; Logitech FIP x3; TrackIR

MSFS; Fenix A320; A2A PA-24; HPG H145; PMDG 737-600; AIG; RealTraffic; PSXTraffic; FSiPanel; REX AccuSeason Adv; FSDT GSX Pro; FS2Crew RAAS Pro; FS-ATC Chatter

I appreciate how REX has adapted and worked to try to improve MS2020, moving beyond just trying to figure out weather. I have been using Accuseason for 2 years and find it a great product. This is a little too close to the 2024 release for me to get it now, but I will check it out early next year once the initial dust settles on 2024 (I will migrate as soon as it is released) and we have a better sense of what we are looking at then.  It looks promising though!

MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

So far looking good. If it truly does everything they have mentioned, it will be an obvious have to purchase for me.
