FSX/P3D had birds a long long time ago … not sure about strikes as I never enabled crash detection and I’m not sure if the animated birds can be defined with crash boxes? I assume you aren’t being serious, but bird strikes are a big issue for pilots.
October 28, 20241 yr they've added a ton of animals to 2024, including farm animals, and wild animals that migrate. I don't know if birds are confirmed among those.
October 28, 20241 yr I won't be impressed until I can play as a bird, but in the meantime I'd settle for in game ATIS that reports the correct sky conditions, and dewpoint. Brian W KPAE

The next question is, what kind of damage are you looking for? I think there are bigger issues we should take a look at. But for sure, it might be interesting. 747 Captain for the last 39 years, and still learning.
