Even suggests that Boeing can’t be happy with such a bad representation of their product in the sim.🤣 This is why I am not getting my hopes up the iniBuilds A350. Will look great but fly like a brick until they issue like 10 patches for it. Eric

What does this have to do with iniBuilds? The 737 MAX is an Asobo product. In fact, the iniBuilds A330 and Beluga were both praised by A330 Driver.

What does inibuilds have to do with this? They didn't make the 737, Asobo did, with WorkingTitle on the avionics IIRC Inibuilds made the Airbus airliners and the A400M (and I believe just the 3D model for another aircraft, but I don't recall which) Ini's aircraft that come with 2024 are excellent, if the servers manage to stream it correctly. And regarding the A350, they said they're putting more work into this than their A300, and will delay the release if they don't think it's up to quality. Edited November 29, 20241 yr by Tuskin38
November 29, 20241 yr I am on my third flight, really need PMDG or iFly to get into the sim asap. Asobo's Max while okay for now and better than their original release of 787 in 2020, still feels not up to par with the payware and they claimed months ago that it would be. The things that are annoying me are primarily on the plate of Working Title. Stuff like wonky ability of loading the flight plan from the planner to the FMC, or how did they miss something like inability to enter a squawk. Jacek G. You quote the guy who was full of praise for IniBuild's Airbusses and called them the best default aircraft ever.
November 29, 20241 yr After flying a few times, I can't believe that I not only did it, but suggested that other people hold off on buying the Ifly 737 MAX thinking this piece of junk would be at least decent and even if it wasn't at the level of the Ifly, it would be good enough to satisfy 90% of users. I've never flown the 737 MAX, but I can immediately say that the flight model is rubbish compared to the PMDG. It requires a lot of trim up just to get off the ground and stay level in the air. The controls are oversensitive, which makes it difficult to land with winds and/or turbulence. It also feels very light for an aircraft of its size. LNAV fails to engage and VNAV doesn't work most of the time. Asobo said this aircraft would be the 'most advanced airliner they have ever made'. If this is the best they can do, then they are not trying hard at all.

LNAV is totally broken now. You can still use VNAV for ABM descents. The ILS autoland is not working well, so disabling the AP at 1000ft is a very good option, the flight model is not bad at all. In the walkaround I forgot the Pitot covers and I had a very bad experience, similar to one of the infamous accidents featured by the 737max: crazy "dolphining" up and down, solved disabling the stab trim and the AP. It's not perfect, but it is promising. Had this very same incident. I was approaching the maximum airframe speed at FL360. I thought it was a weird way to model turbulence. It went away when I got rid of some speed. What an unusual experience to model.
